☛Yes you need to work on #flexibility too ....
But consistency is key to success and we all know you are not going to be consistent about a workout you are not enjoying ...
👍🏼So bottom line
Find the class you love and do that one consistently and then sprinkle the other classes you don’t love as much into the #MIX each ... yes MIX pun intended 😂
For example ....if you’re a cardio person take mostly #TRX AND #FUSE each week but then throw in a #barre class or two each month ....
It’s all about doing what you love ... consistently... that’s what gets the results .... and by results we mean a happier you in a healthier body !

Ou seja, o ar deve fluir com a mesma intensidade, do início ao fim da inspiração e da exalação. Geralmente, iniciantes na prática tendem a tomar muito ar no início da inspiração e, no final, não conseguem colocar mais ar para dentro, ficando sem fôlego. Já na exalação, soltam todo o ar logo no início, perdendo o controle do processo respiratório. Desta forma, os pulmões se esvaziam como uma bexiga.
