I had never thought that we wouldn’t be able to meet whenever we miss each other like we used to do. We grew up together and spent all the special time together, but it’s getting harder for the four of us to get together now. @email@example.com_park@ggongberry

I just LOVE blue Monday. Once every year, it’s perfectly acceptable to spend your time thinking about that divine colour, ever present in art history. Starting off as a colour of literal divinity: suited for depicting the heavens or the Virgin’s robes. Gradually, as time progressed – and pigments diversified and where synthetically produced – blue lost its absolute exclusiveness. It did maintain that mystifying effect and astonishing beauty that only blue has. I could never forgive myself if I didn’t share the bluest blues to ponder over today!

Dinner was a series of hits & misses. Service was great, soup was surprisingly good but steak was almost well done when I asked for medium rare. But they did redo the steak & took the wine off my bill so great service recovery! #eatcouver#dinner#eatingourwaytoswingcouver#whistler

One of my New Years resolutions/goals is to become a better whistle player. Even though I started playing as a kid, I never put much time into it. It’s a sweet instrument and my goal is to transition all possible fiddle tunes over to the whistle throughout the year- which is definitely going to be easier said than done! Here is one of my first projects: a simple rendition of a great jig by @lizfiddle called “Out on the Road”. What are your new year’s resolutions? Any whistle tips? Would love to hear!
