  • The first 90 minutes of the day are yours, to work on and create the life you truly want to live. • Between 4:30am and 6am is when I work on myself, my body, my dreams and my vision for life. Distraction free and with a fresh mind, body and soul! • For most of you waking up that early is a weird concept but for me waking up and rolling out of bed to go to work for someone else is a weird concept. If you're not doing something for your own pleasure, personal development and your dreams when you wake up, then you're simply wasting the best part of the day! • Your life won't change until you give yourself the gift of time to create and work on yourself and your unique ideas. I can assure you the number one reason why people never ever get to live the life they want, is simply because they never give themselves the time to imagine a new life, to work and create the best version of themselves and work on own their ideas, dreams and vision for life. • If you don't make yourself and your dreams a priority then you will end up leaving this earth never having done what you truly wanted to do and you’ll find yourself in the rat race wondering why your life is the way it is... or more than likely never wondering or questioning why your life turned out the way it has. • The first 90 minutes of the day belong to you and whatever happens during the day, happens but you've taken charge of your life and made progress on what's truly important to you before anything else happens. That’s how you start to build the life you want, while you live the life you've already created or fallen into for yourself. • You want change? • I'm giving you guys the most basic and simple strategy of all and the easiest to implement into your life and in fact I've committed my life to helping people wake up earlier so they can take that leap and reach their true potential. • Now it's your time to commit to giving yourself the gift of time, so you can take that leap and become everything you wanted to be!

  • Your ability to concentrate and completely focus on the task at hand is the biggest challenge you face every day. ~ We live in a world where we are constantly being distracted by our phones, social media, entertainment and other people. ~ If you are going to get BIG things done you are going to have to increase your own ability to concentrate and immerse yourself in your task. ~ The first place to start Is your environment, at home and where you go about creating your work and dreams. Make sure it is clean, fresh and distraction free.... Yes that means the TV has to be turned off! ~ Turn off your phone and shut down all your social media and give yourself the gift of silence and the freedom to tap into your own thoughts, creativity and potential. ~ Before you start your work or whatever you are doing, take a few minutes to write out exactly what you have to do / achieve in the time you have allocated. ~ Knowing exactly what you have to do will help you focus and stop you from becoming overwhelmed with your task. ~ If you struggle to concentrate for any length of time I suggest working in 15 minute blocks of absolute focus and try to do as much as you can in that 15 minutes! ~ This will help you build your concentration muscles and over time you will be able to focus for hours on end. ~ Anything is possible IF YOU PUT YOUR MIND TO IT... That is not a throw away line! ~ If you can apply your mind, concentrate on a task for long enough and focus all your energy into what you are doing.....then anything is possible!

  • EATS || Chicken, Brown Rice, Spinach & Toasted Sweetcorn Soup. 🌽 ° ° Just made with a simple homemade chicken stock, green vegetables, and seasoned with thinly sliced spring onions, grated ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil. Make it veggie by subbing chickpeas/tofu for the chicken and switching to vegetable stock. Simple, warming and soothing. I should make this more often.

Drinking too much water at once will cause your body to expel most of it - which will have the effect of slowing the hydration process - i.e. the opposite of what you wanted. 2. Your water should be warm to hot. In that way it aids digestion, calms central nervous system helps relieve constipation, helps to reduce toxins and making your skin more radiant! 🌟

Also great for those suffering from depression, burn fat, decrease inflammation and enhance circulation. Cooling the water in a chest freezer is a great way of starting, just remember to unplug it before jumping in! The first couple of times are not easy but by following Wim Hof’s breathing protocols you will soon benefit from all that ice baths have to offer with a surprising degree of pleasure. How to do it: 1️⃣ Lie on your back on the floor. Find the neutral spine position. 2️⃣Lift one leg up to table top at a time, as demonstrated in the video. 3️⃣Switch on through the upper abdominals to lift your head. 4️⃣ Simultaneously, draw one leg to the chest as you push the other out to straight. Similar to waves at the beach, we can sense feelings come in, grow, splash against the shore and then be pulled back out to the ocean. I appreciate that it doesn’t always feel that way. Emotions become problematic when we get stuck in the crash and splash zone. Very often these feelings are paired with thoughts and behaviours that are costly and blinding. The trick in anxiety management, is to recognise the wave before it reaches the shore. Not to fight it, but to swim with it. After all, you can't stop the waves from crashing. Recognizing the patterns of behaviours and thoughts, allows you to create appropriate calming techniques. Some doTERRA oils that promote a sense of focus: Spearmint, Frankincense, Douglas Fir, Basil, Motivate and InTune I'm going to go with 2 drops of Douglas Fir, Frankincense & Motivate. Some others you could try: 2 drops Douglas Fir, 2 drops Spearmint and 1 drop Basil OR 1 drop Motivate, 1 drop Frankincense and 1 drop Spearmint. What are your go to diffuser blends for focus?
