  • Triple threat transformation 💥😜 For this #transformationtuesday I wanted to show a little more of the in-between! This entire journey has been all about PROGRESS. Being a 25 year old girl, I’m so stoked that I can finally rock a sparkly lil outfit (in a size SMALL!?🤯) with a pair of high heels!! When I was heavier I was good at pretending like I was having fun when I was out with my girls but truly I was so uncomfortable and always filled my head with thoughts like “you’re just the fat friend”, “you’re the big one”, or “wow I’m DEFINITELY not posting that pic! I look huge!”.... I struggled with self hate so deeply that I now feel like I wasted so much of my life being so unhappy. So many of you guys reach out to me and I know you’re in the same position and struggling with depression alongside of it all. I just want to remind you all how beautiful you are. Beauty can be found in everyone and everything. It’s hard to believe that about yourself! (I STILL struggle with it!) If you’re struggling like I was, I just want to encourage you to DO something about it. Start off with setting small goals for yourself even if it’s just drinking more water in the day or walking for 20 minutes every night. When you work on yourself I promise you will feel better about yourself! Get up and be proactive. Do things that will make you feel happy. If you’re someone also considering bariatric surgery, don’t let anyone tell you “it’s the easy way out”. Losing weight is hard PERIOD. And it’s okay to utilize different “tools”, wether that be weight loss surgery, weight watchers, or a Keto diet. These are all weight loss tools and it’s about finding what works for you! Don’t waste your life being so unhappy like I was.   • *Long preachy post* I'm sharing a bit of a different #transformation this #transformationtuesday Some days I still hate what I see in the mirror. I see cellulite where I want toned muscles, I see stretch marks that I should embrace but struggle to do so. I see the chubby version of myself. I struggle to post a picture that dosen't have me at my best angle... Before, I got the whole "love yourself" thing but I never actually "got" it! I thought as soon as I Iost the weight...but then it was as soon as I get loose skin removed...then, as soon as I tone up more...or well if I was more tan... Let me tell you, even if you hate what you see. Even if your physical appearance disgusts you enough that it's your soul motivation for change, you still have to learn to love your body. Not when you "fix" it, but now. Focus on the things you love, even if there are things you want to change. Change it because you love it, not just because you hate it. Because weightloss is not a fix all. Surgery is not a fix all. Toned legs and a fake tan are not a fix all. These things may certainly boost your confidence, but it won't teach you to love your body! And like me, you'll still continue to struggle to see what is beautiful about yourself. We have been socialized to see the "bad" the "flaws" but we are so much more than that. I'm seriously preaching to myself right now🙄😒...   • Just a little life update...over the holidays I was really struggling with my weight loss journey and because of some issues in my life I just wasn’t in the right mental state to try to be “healthy” but then I realized being healthy by exercising and eating REAL food is what keeps me sane so I decided to get back to what I was doing in the fall. And that’s how a journey goes. Sometimes you have good times and sometimes you have bad times but you just have to keep pushing in order to make your dreams a reality. There is at least over a 30lb difference if not more between these two pictures and I could not be more proud of myself.   • #transformationtuesday . Why live your life being unhealthy and making the same excuses you promised you wouldn’t make this year? Why are you still not in the gym? It’s the 22nd day into January & you’re still using the same excuses. Why be on your phone looking at me (but don’t stop 😂, just making a point) when you can be doing this same thing? Why haven’t you seen enough value in yourself? Why is your life solely dependent on your next unhealthy meal? Why are you spending your days thinking about all the bad foods you want for the day? Why live with regret after you eat? Why are you not MAKING time to get to the gym? Why are you still sitting a home watching tv? Or on social media WISHING? . Is that the life you REALLY want to live? Wishing “i want to be able to do that” or “omg I wish I looked like them”. Reality check, you will never look the way you want by wishing on other people’s progress! Make your journey just as amazing! You all look to me for inspiration, And I really appreciate that.. but do you know what really inspires me? When I at least see you TRYING! Even if you go to the gym 2-3 days a week .. that’s a step into the right direction. . Get up and get moving! Why let your kids down? Why let them see you struggle with what should be the most simple tasks around the house? Why are they taking care of you? Why are your kids grabbing things for you? Why aren’t they being kids and going to the park and being active with you!? Come on! Why have pets if you have no intentions on taking them out for long walks or playing with them? . Get up and do it yourself! Just start moving! Enjoy the life you have always wanted to enjoy! Trust me, it will all pay off. Stop blaming your PAST for the PAST! Whatever happened already happened.. you cannot take it back .. there is No do over, so what’s next? Nothing changes until YOU do! It’s all mindset! Once your mindset is ready to change, everything else will come into place. It’s a long and hard road. Trust the process and STOP GIVING UP! I promise it will be worth it. .   • Hello #transformationtuesday thanks for reminding me of how far I’ve come and exciting me for what the future has in store. 🤘 After taking the picture on the right I was filled with annoyance because I felt like “I wasn’t where I was supposed to be” um bitch, shut up. There is NO certain way any of us are supposed to look. We are each uniquely and fiercely ourselves, and have this amazing ability to sculpt our bodies and our minds to be #strong and #healthy once we decide we are worth it.🙌💕 I then stumbled across the picture on the left and couldn’t help but laugh because both mentally and physically I have come so much further than that dweeb in the marvel shirt (but still like avengers4lyfe) making annoyed/stupid faces in pictures on purpose in hopes it would take away from people seeing the rest of my body. Because I was so insecure and unhappy. I literally almost didn’t go on the camping trip I was on in that picture because I was ashamed of my body. Don’t get discouraged if you gained more weight than you were supposed too during your pregnancy 🤰 I gained 80 with my first two children and 55 with my last. Don’t be too hard on yourself if it’s been 5 months since you had the baby and you only lost what the baby weighed 😞 (my true story) Give yourself time you created a little human!! There are very few pictures of me at my heaviest because i avoided the camera 📷 225lbs was my heaviest that i am aware of because after that day i didn’t step on that scale again until i was ready to do something about it!! I exclusively breast fed 2 babies, pumped while i was at work for 8 hrs and my now my boobs are deflated. My belly looks like a kangaroo pouch after 3 c sections and I’ve got stretch marks galore!!! These are our battle wounds and we should wear them proudly!! We are warriors!! No one puts their bodies through as much as we do!! And no one is harder on ourselves about our reflection than we are!! Even if you are not where you want to be you can get there!! You are 💪 and beautiful and anything you want to do you can!!!   • January 23rd is special to me. In 2017 when doctors were quite clueless what’s actually happening to me and why I’m not keeping well and those several tastes were making me mentally devastated. I determined to change my lifestyle, because by then I saw the worse so no harm trying something diff. I didn’t know I will be so interested and feel my passion into it. But gradually when the months pass by and side by side old vs new pictures, old taste report ve new taste report were showing progress. I even become more determined to stick to it. And now after 2 years I’m happy I’m grateful to all who motivated me from the very first place even more thankful who came criticised me or even put some nasty comments all of it actually made my determination stronger to push harder. I don’t believe in comparison to others everyone progress to their own pace but I compete with yesterday me to improve. I am not going to be crazy in gym if u come and tell me u need to grow ur booty more, I will squat but not to satisfy your lust but to make myself stronger. If you come and tell me fuller u were better but ur attraction for my bigger boobs can’t demotivate me to strive for a leaner body. You do you so as me. If you can’t be positive and never witnessed the pain you have no right to judge my gain.. Last but not the least I’m thankful to you @kundanbagchi without your motivation I would have never consider myself worthy enough to do anything. If the Weetabix Protein tastes like manufactured cardboard, just stick the ordinary one There’s a lot of these out there. I looked at Protein Bagels the other day. One serving of the bagels actually contained LESS protein then the normal ones I use... Companies are cottoning on to the rise in popularity, Mars have done it with their chocolate, and how many high protein yoghurts do you see now a days? Read the labels when in such a dilemma, most often you’ll find the higher protein choice is measly 5% increase and around 20% calorie increase And if your goal is weight loss, the less calories the better, regardless of if you get that extra 3g of protein in

  • My journey began when I looked in the mirror and did not recognize myself. I could not believe how unhealthy I had allowed myself to get. So I started this journey May of 2018 with the goal of becoming the healthiest version of myself. Along the way I learned so much about myself and could not be prouder of how far I have come. Not only was I able to lose 25 pounds I lost 4-5 inches around my chest, waist and hips along with many more inches in other areas. For the first time in years I look in the mirror and see a much healthier version of myself. Of course it helped that I had such amazing family and friends who supported me along the way to keep me going! It was definitely a hard journey to start, but once you are there is only gets easier!
