Additionally, what we eat can also take a toll on our brains/bodies, so I wanted to talk about foods that help optimize function as well as minimize damage.

2️⃣Blueberries: antioxidants & gallic acid protect brain from oxidative stress; boost concentration & memory (increased blood/oxygen flow).
3️⃣Nuts & Seeds: vitamin E (antioxidant) and choline (precursor to acetylcholine, which helps with drive and focus).
4️⃣Dark Chocolate: magnesium helps manage stress & stimulates neurotransmitters. Small amount caffeine.
5️⃣Eggs: Choline & B-vitamins - memory, focus, brain health.
6️⃣Flax Seeds: Vitamin E - protects from cognitive decline, magnesium, B vitamins. (Make sure to grind to improve digestion)

I’ve been asked by several people about vitamin infusions.... and this is why I don’t perform them.
You can receive all the nourishment you need from a well balanced diet, if you’re unsure about how to achieve this then my advice would be to see a nutritionalist. They can do blood tests and advise you on what you may be deficient in. 🍏🍉🍌🍇🥦🥕 If you are feeling unwell then see your GP and again they will do blood tests. 💉
Going to clinic to receive these infusions will not be beneficial without knowing if you are deficient and what in. Also the doses received are very unlikely to be therapeutic as they are not monitoring your bloods! Don’t waste your money!
