  • 🥦 Dreamy Creamy Broccoli Pasta 📷 by @hello.kalin 🚨🚨Recipe: 1 box pasta shells • 1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets and steamed until very tender • 3 chopped garlic cloves • 1/4 cup of veggie broth for sauteeing OR 4 tbsp avocado or olive oil • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes • 1/4 - 1/2 cup vegan parmesan METHOD: 1. Cook pasta according to directions, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water. 2. Heat skillet to medium. Add veggie broth (or oil) along with garlic and red chili flakes. Cook for a couple minutes, taking care not to burn. Add more broth if using & needed. 2. Add broccoli, stirring and breaking down into small pieces and combine well with garlic and chili flakes. This will take a few minutes. 3. Add pasta to skillet and toss well to coat. 4. Add the parmesan and the reserved pasta water bit by bit until a sauce has formed and pasta is well-coated. Feel free to add more parm if you prefer. Tagliare con la mandolina dei finocchi sottili, 1 sedano e condire con succo di un limone, pepe e sale. Adagiarci sopra qualche fetta di pompelmo rosa e arancia. Ottimo accompagnamento per gamberi alla griglia e merluzzo. . 🇺🇸Slice some fennels, 1 celery and season with lemon juice, pepper and salt. Finish with some grapefruit and oranges.   • Chickpea flour is a staple in our pantry. Perfect for Socca flatbreads, either in wrap form, as a pizza base or crisped up in the oven (our favourite). All you need is 250g chickpea flour, 10g salt, 1 cup of water, 1 cup of coconut milk, 2 tbs olive oil, a little pepper, a little cumin. Cook like a pancake and if you like it charred pop it in a very hot oven to finish off. Spread with our natural coconut yoghurt, all the greens you have, charred zucchini, lots of salt, lemon juice and zest, olive oil. Perfect summer eating 🥬 📷 + recipe @cheftomwalton

Rápido, ideal para llevar en tupper y está buenísimo!😋 Propiedades de la soja texturizada: - Aporta pocas calorías - Rica en proteínas - Baja en grasas - Saciante 📃Ingredientes (por ración): - 35 g de soja texturizada - Media cebolla - Aceite - 1 yogur de coco desnatado - 1 cucharada de queso de untar light - 70 g de cuscús. - Curry en polvo 🍴Preparación: 1. Hidratar por separado la soja y el cuscús unos 10 minutos. Para hidratar el cuscús añadir el doble de agua (140 g). 2. Dorar en la sartén la cebolla con un poco de aceite. 3. Añadir curry en polvo (a tu gusto), con el yogur y el queso de untar a la sartén. 4. Añadir la soja escurrida y dejar cocinar unos minutos. 5. Echar el cuscús hidratado y apagar el fuego. Y...
