My beautiful client was not leaning intentionally to the left in this picture. She was unaware of how poor her posture was. Neck and shoulder pain had been taunting her for years. .
Every session we begin with posture alignment exercises and stretches. We begin with her shoulders looking similar to the picture you see first (it’s gotten much better), and by the end of our session it is closer to the picture you swipe to next. .
I’m not going to dive into the science of my clients back and shoulders (that’s her biz anyway), what I wanted to share is how much I love enhancing her life. I love the way our sessions make her feel. And at the end of our time together she is ready for nap time and to drift away into a peaceful, blissful, pain free sleep because I gave her the proper tools to feel so good.
Call it “physical therapy” or a “mind/body practitioner”, “personal trainer”, or even a “healer.” Whatever it’s title may be, being called to help others reconnect with their bodies has been one of the greatest blessings of them all. ✨
leg day! can you tell ya girl is ded? tried to wake up at 4am this morning so i could workout before work, but that didn’t happen lol oh well gonna try again. working 36 hrs this week is gonna kick my ass
