ARRETE DE POSTER DES PHOTOS NAZES DE RONDS POINTS ⭕️, DE HERISSONS 🦔 OU DE CULS DE BABOUINS🐒!!!» . ▶️ d’1 côté je me dis elles ont peut-être pas tort, après tout toi INSTA t’y connais rien. il y a 3 mois, t’envoyais encore des fax . ▶️ d’1 autre, j’ai pas trop envie, je sais comment ça va finir. Si je poste des photos perso en plein effort en tri-fonction ou en jammer, ça va être 1 émeute. 💪 Ces muscles saillants, cette peau halée sur laquelle perlent des gouttes (où dégouttent, oui peut être)… la planète INSTA va être en ébullition ▶️ 1 milliard d'utilisateurs.   • M O R N I N G. P E R S O N 🌞 Waking up early is one of my favorite things to do , the Earth is still waking up , nature is awake but a lot of humans are still sleeping. The calmness , the rest , the serenity it makes me happy and at peace. I can do the things I need to do for myself before everyone else wakes up. It's especially fun when you are in Bali and the pool is yours , swimming , yoga , surfing & diving are the sports I love to start my day with , you can watch the sunrise , be on your own without all the energies of other people flowing around. Taking up fresh air & soak up all the smells , sounds that are arriving in that that moment . I feel most alive , energetic , peacefully & productive in the morning it makes me so happy. Yes if you are wondering , also in the Netherlands I wake up early. This morning it was 05:00 am , I wake up naturally without an alarm clock (I putted it for later when I need to wake up & go swimming) But now I still have time to read my book and do a few of my favorite things. Sometimes I also start working , I just do what feels good at that moment. If my body needs more rest it will wake up a bit later around 07:00. Sometimes I wake up early and take some time for me and then later I sleep a bit in. I wake up early naturally because I am really excited and happy for the day , makes sure you have something to jump out of bed for in the morning 🌞 Are you not a morning person yourself? But you wanna be? You can let your body adjust to another rhythm slowly. • You need to go to bed early , get the good amount of sleep for me that's 8-9 hours • Waking up with naturally light is the best! • Put your alarm clock just 15 minutes earlier for a week and every week you add 15 minutes more. So for example you wake-up everyday at 10 am , your body adjust slowly to getting up earlier. In 5 months you can up at 5 am if you want. • Do things that make you happy , put on some good tunes , meditate , eat breakfast , work! It's your time 🌜 I have so many more tips but this caption is already too long! I will write a blog about it 💖 Are you a morning person? 🌝
