  • Wake up and own today! Accept everything as it comes today make no excuses and just OWN IT! . Today I tried making an excuse first thing by trying to talk myself out of going to the gym! But I finally stopped arguing with myself and said no I’m going! And you know what i felt 100% better about myself knowing I did it and didn’t let the excuses win! . You can make two choices when you wake up! Decided to own the day or let the day own you!   • Good evening! Happy Monday!😃 . Today’s smoothie is an example of an “all veggie” smoothie. When I start my day with a smoothie, my goal is to squeeze in as many veggies as possible. As I learned from our fall veggie challenge, my kids are not always the best at eating veggies through out the day. A morning smoothie jam packed with veggies sends us off to a great start. And of course it doesn’t hurt when it’s a chocolate peanut butter smoothie 😉 . This is not a sweet smoothie so toss in a few dates or a frozen banana if you prefer. . Recipe: •1 scoop @amazinggrass chocolate peanut butter protein powder •1 c @olivias_organics fresh baby spinach •1 c frozen mixed squash (zucchini, summer & butternut) •1 tbsp @hersheys special dark cocoa powder •1 c @silk soy milk •handful of ice •optional-4-6 dates or a frozen banana for added sweetness . Add to @thenutribullet and blend until smooth. . Top with: • peanuts •chocolate chips or chocolate of choice •drizzle- melted pb and chocolate chips . Have a great night!

If I miss it my whole day is off. I show a lot my fitness routines, but truly it starts before that. Every night I set my intentions for the next day. Every morning I begin with reading personal development and writing 3 things I’m grateful for. Every morning that I make it a priority to exercise my mind AND my body is a much better day than if I don’t. I’m more productive, patient, and happier. A local monk then made a drink with these berries and it kept him up all night. Coffee was born (thank god fir me😊) . So it’s also a fruit as comes from a pit inside of cherry like berries. My husband ordered matcha coffee at the weekend trying to be healthy and it looked so green 🙈 . There is so much research going into the benefits of super foods and we are constantly building this knowledge.
