  • When breakfast tacos never tasted so good. 🙌🏻 I made spelt tortillas and loaded them up with eggs, homemade guacamole, pickled onions, and cilantro. I’m going to do a video how to make tortillas soon because it’s easier than you think! And it doesn’t take that long to make! You’ll be surprised. Would you guys be interested in video showing you step by step how to make it? I guess I want everyone making their own tortillas 😂😂💯 they are so good! Welp, this is what my Friday looks like, 🙆🏻‍♀️. Hope yours is just as good! . . Spelt flour tortillas: 1 C of sprouted spelt flour 1 TBSP of olive oil 1/2 C of water 1 TSP of pink salt . . What to do: Heat the cast iron on medium heat. While the pan is heating, place all the ingredients in a bowl. You’ll want to kneed the dough for a couple minutes. Separate the dough into 4-5 tortillas (depends how big you want them). Set aside and let It sit for about 20-30 minutes. Throw a little flour where you are going to place the tortillas. This will allow the bottom of the tortillas to not stick. You can use your hands or a rolling pin to flatten the dough to tortilla shape. Place the tortilla on a heated skillet for a minute and flip for another minute. #_afreshpurefood

Edward and I got to release and integrate parts of ourselves together as a couple. It's so important to create space for ourselves to feel safe and to be open. Personal and spiritual development is super important to us. So we make time for our own inner work. And it has taught me to be willing to be open to what unfolds. As we are now ready to travel to the next place. When I let go of the outcome then Bali and then Australia came through, so we are making plans now. 💋 If you truly want to be successful you need to learn how to let go and be unattached of the results.   • WINTER SUNSCREEN FACTS! Sunscreen, also known as sunblock or most commonly SPF, comes in many forms: lotion, spray, gel, or other topicals, even powders! SPF absorbs or reflects the suns UVA or UVB rays, aka the suns radiation, on the skin exposed to sunlight, which helps to prevent against sunburn. So why exactly do we need to wear SPF in the winter? I mean we all get why we wear it during the summer months, but did you know it’s actually just as, if not more, important in the winter?! During the winter months the ozone layer thins. Less ozone in our atmosphere means less absorption of the suns UV radiation. Snow and ice actually REFLECT the suns rays and you are getting hit by the same rays TWICE! This means you have double the chance of getting a burn! It also means the effectiveness of your SPF is cut in half and you need to reapply twice as much! Over 90% of our aging is caused by the sun and the damage it does! If you are going out for winter fun, please remember to not only put on your SPF, but to take it along with you and protect yourself and your loved ones! Please note you need to apply at the very least 20 min before you enter the sun! Do not forget spots like the ears, hands, and for baldies the top of the head!
