Lunch today is cauliflower rice stir fry with teriyaki tofu! Made this delicious bowl with @positivelybb 🤗 This was my postworkout (5 mile run + ab circuits) meal 👉🏻 sautéed broccoli, peppers, cauliflower rice, carrots, zucchini, and tofu in organic teriyaki sauce and some avocado oil! 🙏🏻 hope everyone is having an amazing day!

Got some errands and Christmas shopping done today, got my nails done, and am now stopping for lunch at my fav @frenchmeadowcafe! I got the roasted. Beet salad with chicken, red & yellow beets, pears, blue cheese, candied pecans and organic greens. So delicious 😋
This year I’ve been saving for Christmas for months and have been getting gifts much earlier than I did last year so it’s been pretty stress free so far 🙏 hoping I can continue this organization every year. Are you guys procrastinators when it comes to holiday shipping or get it done ASAP? Let me know in the comments!

Goji cinnamon oatmeal (makes 2 bowls)
1.5 cups rolled oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup goji berries
2 tsp cinnamon
4 cups water or plant mylk
Add all ingredients to a pan and soak for at least 30 mins, or overnight. Heat gently until thick and creamy.

Where are my meal preppers at?
Meal prepping is always my most hated task for the week, but I know I HAVE to do it in order to be successful with my nutrition game. If it’s not easy and already made, I’m eating fast food. I also hear very similar statements from my clients while we are making nutrition plans to pair with their workout programs- so I figured it’s past due for me share some of my tricks.
I started researching a ton of different ways to shorten the amount of time it takes me to meal prep- I was spending 4 hours every Sunday grocery shopping and then prepping food for the week, and I’ve finally got it down to an hour and a half. An hour and a half to prepare all meals for the week- breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
I use this baller free app called Mealime, and this thing is a gold mine. The app has recipes that you pick from to create a meal plan for your week. Then it creates your grocery list for you, separated into categories so it also speeds up your grocery trip. The recipes are fairly healthy, and I just modify portions and certain foods to fit my nutrition plan that I’m following with my workouts. You also have the option to set the meals to follow certain types of diets- vegetarian, vegan, keto, paleo, etc. This was my meal plan for last week’s dinners, and they were all bomb.
Seriously, check it out. It has been a game changer.

Hey hi hello 👋🏻 took a little break off the gram to focus entirely on finals (let’s be real, mainly chemistry) but happy to report 2 out of 3 are over with and I’ve only got a paper standing in my way of freedom. How’d said 2 finals go? Lol my research methodology final kicked my ass harder than chem so let’s see how that pans out. Wishing I had something as comforting as this easy veggie soup I made this weekend. Sautéed onion + carrots + celery + ginger + garlic with some salt&pepper until slightly tender. Added in about 4 cups of vegetable stock and heaps of frozen kale + pinch of oregano. Honestly thinking about making this again right now as I crank out this paper because I’m cold (what’s new) and it’s so simple!
Satisfied with the winter training so far. Let's raise quality & reduce quantity. More technique and faster races is coming up!

Üzerine %82 bitter çikolata
Sütle birlikte minik minik doğradığımız incirleri orta ateşte yavaş yavaş pişiriyoruz, el blendırıyla incirleri iyice parçalıyoruz. Kaynadığında altını kısıp bitter çikolata hariç kalan malzemeleri ekleyip biraz daha pişiriyoruz. Son fotoğraftaki kıvama gelene kadar pişirip servis kaselerine boşaltıyoruz. Üzerine birer kare parçalanmış bitter koyuyoruz. İster sıcak ister soğuk servis ediyoruz.😍

Amo almoçar nesse lugar, o nome ja diz, tem um tempero diferente. De novo a saladinha e o feijão não apareceram na foto. E a melhor pare de todas, pode repetir! Sem falar que o preço é super acessível 💚💚
O restaurante é vegetariano, mas tem opção vegana.
