1/2. I’ve been reminiscing and reflecting about where I was one year ago; the place I was in physically, mentally and spiritually. There has been such tremendous opportunity for growth, and I am grateful for the challenges that in part contribute to who I am today. I look back and catch some major Gotham City vibes, I miss my city so much, but it is the memories I carry with me in my heart and those I shared them with will always be in my life. The best is yet to come, and I am looking forward to another year of opportunities that allow the good to continue to grow. 📷taken by me
2018 it’s been a slice.
You’ve taken me to my edges,
Hard, rough, callused.
You’ve taught me how to soften,
You’ve taken me back to my breaking point,
Shown me that I’m that much stronger.
That much more powerful.
You’ve allowed me to heal more,
And for that I am grateful.
I release you and your lessons,
And look forward to meeting 2019 with grace and gratitude. 🙏🏻
Who’s with me? Give me a 🙋🏼♀️ or whatever emoji is speaking to you right now 💕

Our crew ❤️ Gerard Mcgann
It’s summer time and school holidays that I appreciate where we live most.
13 years ago I remember not wanting to make the move with a 3 month old baby here. I didn’t want to leave the first home we built, or leave the comforts and security of what I knew.
Now, we live in a place that people come for their holidays. We get to live here everyday.
Many people say that they have to live where they work... therefore they can’t move to where they’d really love to be.
This is a limitation. I’m so grateful Gerard Mcgann took the steps to change up his work, way back then even when he had a 9-5 to give us such an incredible place to raise our family. It was the beginning of really starting to live life on our own terms.
Do you love where you live? 😃☀️🌊🏖 #lovewhereilive#portstephens#beachlife#laptoplife
Forever flipping cards ✨💕 There are so many magical ways to use affirmations! I love to pull one every morning and use the phrase as a point to centre my thoughts and progress through the day. Which is especially handy on mornings where life can feel a little fuzzy. ⚡️ Taking a minute to check in with yourself, seeing how the phrase fits, is a quick way to raise your vibe. 💎 You can go even deeper by tapping or journaling on the affirmation, too. Those shifts can be ground-shaking! 💓 How do you use affirmations? 💋 #badbitchaffirmations
