Prompt 5: Relaxing book
Life's Amazing Secrets is the first ever book written by Gaur Gopal Das. The secret of life is finding balance. We must balance the four crucial areas of our life: personal life, our relationship, our work life and our social contribution.
Thats what the book is all about.
Whenever I feel sad, reading just a page makes me feel peaceful about life. This is the real life changing book I recommend to everyone who struggles in the life.
Krishna, the Supreme Personality of Godhead is also known with hundreds of other popular names.
Krishna, Dwarkadhees, Jagannath, Caitanya, Radharaman, Hari, Kanha, Kanhaiya, Govinda, Bankebihari, Shyamsunder, Muralidhara, Damodar, Madhava, Makhanchor, Kunjbehari, Janardana, Keshava, Rama, Mukunda, Gopinath, Brajraj, Girdhari, Gopal, Parthasarathi, Vishnu etc. One can worship the Supreme God with any name.
Since Krishna is all-attractive, one should know that all his desires should be focused on Krishna. In the Bhagavad-gītā it is said that the individual person is the proprietor or master of his own body but that Krishna, who is the Supersoul present in everyone’s heart, is the supreme proprietor and supreme master of each and every individual body. As such, if we concentrate our loving propensities upon Krishna only, then immediately universal love, unity and tranquillity will be automatically realized. When one waters the root of a tree, it automatically waters the branches, twigs, leaves and flowers; when one supplies food to the stomach through the mouth, it satisfies all the various parts of the body.

The second read of 2019 is again a self-help book. Life's Amazing Secrets by the modern monk Gaur Gopal Das, the man who speaks nothing but sheer wisdom is a delight. The book is a conversation between Mr Das and one of his friends as they're stuck in traffic. Harry (the friend) is very well-off. Not just in traffic, Harry Iyer opens up to Mr Das about how he is stuck in his life too.
Taking the classic example of how a car can't function if any of its four wheels is not in fit condition, Mr Das then splurges wisdom on how essential it is to take care of the 4 wheels of life.
What are those 4 wheels of life? Pick this one up to find out.
The book consists of 2 worksheets in the end. In short, this one should be read for some interesting experiences straight from the life of a modern monk. The only thing that I was wary about was the ending. I felt there was something missing there. I don't know what, but surely something.
