DON’T TRY TO OVERHAUL YOUR LIFE OVERNIGHT. .
Instead focus on making one small change at a time . .
That’s the only correct way to sustain what u begin n only way to be consistent . .
Overtime those small changes will add up to big transformation. 😇 .
My first small changes :- .
1) cutting down excess sugar 🧁
2) cutting down excess salt 🍟
3) increasing protein intake 🍗🍳 4) adding more green to my plate 🍽🥬🥒🥦🥕
5) gradually decreasing carbs 🍞🥐🍚
6) starting 20 mins walk 🚶♀️ ever day .
