This still doesn't seem real... I watched you grow from a tiny little bean to a full grown bearded man and no matter how tall you grew and how thick that beard grew I always saw you as baby Nicolas... screaming from the bathroom "Nittttttiiiii, wipe my butt!" 😂
I wish so badly I got to spend more time with you in your adult life and I could ask you to rap for me in the garage one more time.
You are so very loved and so missed. This ones for you, Nick. Love you! #rip@nklyana67@nshamon1
It’s hard when you’re going through it.
I feel like you always hear people share their reminiscence of what they went through, how they conquered it, and speaking about it from a place of empowerment.
But what about the part where you haven’t conquered it yet and you’re in the midst of the storm? How does that feel ?
I’ll tell ya, I’m feeling that these days. And I know once it’s all conquered, said and done, it will be well worth the growth.
But man, before you get there, it’s definitely easy to lose yourself in the fear, stress, and anxiety that always comes with. It’s easy to not feel like yourself. It’s easy to neglect what you need —mentally and physically. It’s impossible to not feel the heaviness.
And it SUCKS when you know that’s what’s happening...you live in your own head....and trap yourself there.
It’s a nightmare.
But, think back to when you’ve been in a similar spot. Reminisce on how you got yourself out. And believe that you can make it happen again.
Different circumstance. Same strength.Actually, probably more strength...
Believe that you’ll get there again. And you’ll look back and be able to help others to get out of this place too.
This can be a gift. Believe it or not.
But believe it.
