⏩ WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE FOODS FOR BETTER SLEEP❔⏪⏩ COMMENT BELOW❕
👉 SLEEP is a major component to a healthy lifestyle because during your sleep your body recovers from the exterior stress factors you faced during the day ! It is such a important process but many people neglect that in my opinion and see sleep as a burden... Nevertheless, in fact it is important how much you sleep but your SLEEP QUALITY is also crucial that's WHY I mentioned these foods above which will or may improve your sleep for the better ! 😉
HOW MUCH SLEEP ?
👉 Well, that's a individual thing because in times when you have more stress your body needs more sleep in order to recover where as during periods where you don't have much stress you may need less sleep but a overall rule of thumb could be 7-9 hours of good sleep a day ! For some it may be less for others it may be more... but don't feel like you need to have only 6 hours of sleep or less just because some guy on SOCIAL MEDIA told you you need to HUSTLE 24/7 (that's not applicable for everyone...) 😉
If you really suffer from insomnia, you should consult a doctor or you might want to try a sleep supplement like a MELATONIN supplement because it's proven that this hormone improves your sleep quality ! 🙌🌱

When it comes to cannabis, it is important to note that everyone has a different biochemistry and therefore each individual will react differently to cannabis in general. Strain specific reactions are also very individual. It is important to take into consideration why you are experiencing insomnia. Is the insomnia as a result of pain? In which case an indica that is high in THC will help, since THC is known for its sedative qualities. Anxiety induced insomnia on the other hand may be better treated with a heavy CBD (Cannabidiol) strain. As is the answer to most questions with cannabis, you will have to experiment with a few strains and methods of ingestion before deciding on one. As far as methods of ingestion go, edibles take longer to take “kick in” but the effects last longer so this method will help to keep you asleep. Vaping and smoking “kick in” pretty quickly and these methods will help you to fall asleep quicker.
OG Kush or an Afghan are two of our favourite strains to help with sleep. Our favoured method is always a joint. However another favourite is to blend THC infused coconut oil or even THC cream into hot chocolate and drink that as a night cap an hour before bed.

Apparently I have a ⭐️dream⭐️ that’s worth more than my sleep 💤 ... I woke up at 2:30AM thinking 🤔 about all of the things that I can accomplish this week (this never happens), so I tried to focus on my breathing... didn’t work✖️Focus on nothing... didn’t work ✖️.
Sooooo I’m up and I booked a 5:45AM spin 🚲 class (this has NEVER happened)... Let’s see if the saying is true... does the early bird 🐦 get the worm 🐛❓
It’s like we don’t suffer from insomnia.
We didn’t meet at one of those “I’m an insomniac and my name isn’t Pete groupings”
Feelings...no, my mind wants to go, go, go
Who’s got time for that?
Never talk about money as if you’re going to run out—never spend your money as if there’s an endless supply and sure as fuck don’t hold out your hand waiting for someone else to give it to you.
Confidence is something that can’t be faked by those who know. .
I’m always blown away by these photos (not my client/photos). . .
This is a 5 year old girl with Down syndrome, prior to using a Liptrainer, 3 mo, and 13 months of ongoing use later. .
I've recommended this product - the Patakara Liptrainer - for some years. These results are not atypical, if someone uses it consistently, correctly, and for a long period of time; as is true for any well designed exercise program. Though I note that many people see results much faster - within a few days/week. I did/do, when I stick with it for even only a few weeks - it looks like I've had "work" done, though it doesn't last once I stop. Hugely dramatic, like these, and lasting effects take longer than that. .
It's not all cosmetic - the physiologic benefits, related to increased circulation and oxygenation of the face, head, and neck, can be immense - brain function and healing, hormone production and regulation, anything related to para/sympathetic function, dental issues, etc. .
Swipe for a few before/after and other descriptive images; all here are from a few liptrainer websites. liptrainer.com goes into more detail on it all, though in somewhat broken English. There aren’t very many people who wouldn’t benefit from it. .
I’m on a kick of doing it myself currently, and if I stick with it for a good period this time (someday I will, haha, could be this go), I’ll post a before/after.
Not a paid post/ad, just another favorite product that falls in line with my ethos of folks having the techniques and knowledge to heal themselves where and when they can. .
