Round 2 of My 30 Day Rev It Up Challenge begins 12/15/18 hit the link in bio Sign Up (www.ahooperfitness.com) — I know it’s super hard to get rid of belly fat and build a strong core. But honestly all it is is eating a balanced nutrition which looks like ;eating less high salt & sugar content foods, cook 90% of your meals at home because you have total control of what you’re putting in it & how much, drink at least 4-6 16 ounces bottle of water (I try best to drink at least 4) , eat plenty veggies it’s great for you and they’re low in calories & their loaded with vitamins & eat the appropriate serving size of your protein & carbohydrates all while staying consistent with your exercise! All you need is 3 days out of 7 days, approximately 15-30 mins of your time, and a little workout corner in your sitting room. __ Do each move for 30 seconds with a 15 seconds rest break! Some people ask me how I stay motivated and the truth is: it’s not motivation. . . Most of the time I’m not motivated but I’m disciplined. I have to be because motivation ALWAYS fades. . . I know how I like to feel so I take consistent steps to achieve my desired results even during pregnancy. . . As a personal trainer this is what I teach my clients as well, to be disciplined and it works! They begin to think of working out and eating healthy like brushing their teeth and showering. . . It’s just something they do cause it makes them feel good and it’s good for them. . . It’s all mindset and as soon as I recognized that well it was easy to stay consistent! . . Here my client is performing a double hamstring stretch with a yoga block under her heel to prevent knee hyperextension. Although it takes creativity and some trial and error to figure out how to adjust stretches that are both effective and safe for clients with hypermobility, take the time to figure it out!

Help others WANT to eat healthier too! 💯 . I NEVER thought that helping others would help ME stay on track 🍎 as well! It's just one big circle 🔄 . My biggest struggle has always been with EMOTIONAL EATING.....Food was what I used to help me FEEL better 🍪 My tastebuds would be happy, and that would make me happy too 😊 If only that happiness would last beyond that ONE bite of cake 🍰 or that ONE cookie 🍪 or that ONE scoop of ice cream 🍦 or that ONE piece of chocolate 🍫 . One bite HAD to lead to ANOTHER just keep the good feelings going 😳 . What I NEVER thought I would ever say, is that the broccoli on my plate is what makes me FEEL AMAZING now!! 🤩 Seriously?? BROCOLLI?! 🥦 How can BROCOLLI make you feel as good as chocolate 🍫 😏 . Don't get me wrong, I STILL eat the chocolate 🍫😉 But it's a LOT less than I ever use to ⬇️ That FEELING of giving my BODY what it NEEDS can't even compare any more to the split second enjoyment my TASTE BUDS would get when I tried to overload them with everything sweet 🍪🍰🍩 I feel AMAZING ALL DAY 💚 .
