  • 📅 MONDAY 10TH. DECEMBER, 2018 Hari ni busy uruskan mak sebab dia tak sihat. Batuk dan demam. Dah bawak ke klinik tadi dengan Syahmi. Harap mak cepat sembuh sebab setiap kali dia batuk, mama yang stress. Dah bagi makan ubat, dah sapu vicks depan dan belakang badan, dah letak towel basah kat both arm pits dan dah tepek Kool Fever. Tak tahu apa lagi nak buat dah. Sambil-sambil monitor mak dan sambil- sambil stress dengar dia batuk, in order to reduce the stress I am feeling, mama buat experiment kat dapur. Bilik mak memang kat dapur. Mula-mula mama buat ni lah. Dah siap bake tapi tak potong je lagi. Nantilah esok. Jap lagi nak mandi dan kalau boleh take a nap, nak cubalah. Huhuhuhu. Seperti biasa, resepi marvelous ni datang dari Dr Marvelous.. eh Dr Mai @maryamliyana . Thanks ya Mai. COTTON EGGLESS MILKY BREAD (super soft!!!) INGREDIENTS : 320g Japanese High Protein Flour 32g sugar 5g salt 140ml water - chilled 100ml fresh milk - chilled 6g yeast (1 1/2 teaspoons 32g butter (I used Planta) METHOD USING OLD MODEL COSWAY BREADMAKER : 1. Into the BM pan, pour water and fresh milk. Then add in sugar and salt. 2. Add in sifted Japanese HP flour. Then sprinkle with yeast. 3. Turn the BM on. Setting 13. Once the dough is incorporated, add in the butter and let the BM finishes it's job for about 1 hour 30 minutes. Kneading and proofing. 4. Take out the dough and divide into 3 equal portions. Flatten the dough to remove the air bubbles. Roll like a swissroll. Do the same to the other two portions. 5. Arrange in a well greased loaf pan. Cover the tin and let it rise doube the size. 6. Preheat oven to 180°C. Brush the dough with fresh milk and bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes. In my oven, I baked using upper and lower heat for 25 minutes and the balance 5 minutes using the lower heat. 7. Once baked, take it out of the oven and brush the top with margarine. Remove the bread from the tin to avoid the bottom of the bread become dense. In Shaa Allah will try to take photos of the cross section tomorrow ya. Cara : 👉 campur gula, terigu, susu, garam.. Aduk2 lalu tuang air kelapa dan uleni 1/2 kalis...... Dan mskn kulkas slm 1 jam 👉 stlh 1 jam mskn margarin dan ragi... Uleni smp kalis elastis ( windowpane) 👉 bulatkan adonan lalu tutup wadah.. Biarkan 45-60 mnt smp mengembang 👉 pipihkan adonan lalu bentuk sesuai selera 👉 diamkan di loyang smp mengembang... Maaf ya teman, share resep roti pandannya kelamaan 😊 br sempat, ini jg sambil lurusin punggung yg terasa agak zig zag gt 😂 Ini resep hasil modif dr killer soft bread yg sdh pernah sy share, tp krn waktu itu ada sisa tepung 300gr.. jd sy cemplungin semua, so.. ada penyesuaian dibahan" lainnya. Langsung aja ya... Dicoba lho, berhasil gak berhasil ttp berharga krn ada pelajaran yg didapat. Yg kemarin" minta resep dah dicoba blm nih ?? Ditunggu recooknya ya Roti pandan By: Grace Juwita Bahan : 7 - 10 lembar daun pandan + 150 susu cair dingin.. blender, kemudian saring. 300 gr Tepung protein tinggi ( sy 250gr cakra + 50 gr tepung segitiga ) 50-60 gr gula ( sesuai selera ) 1 sdm susu bubuk 6 gr ragi instan Campur 2 kuning telur + susu pandan hingga 200 - 220 gr ( boleh tambah whippy cream 1 sdm penuh, klo gak ada skip aja ) 50 gr Mentega/margarin Sejumput garam ( kurleb 1/4 sdt ) Cara membuat : Campur bahan kering ( tepung, gula, ragi & susu bubuk), aduk rata Tuang larutan susu telor bertahap sambil diuleni. Jika adonan sudah terasa cukup basah, susu bisa distop ( krn kandungan air dlm tepung beda"). Uleni hingga kalis Tambahkan mentega dan garam Uleni hingga kalis elastis ( lakukan window pane test untuk tau adonan sdh elastis atau belum) Tutup dengan serbet bersih atau plastic wrapping) Diamkan hingga mengembang 2x lipat Kempiskan adonan, bagi & timbang adonan Bulatkan, diamkan 10 menitan Beri isi & bentuk sesuai selera Diamkan +/- 45 menit Oles dengan campuran 1 kuning telur + sedikit susu cair Panggang hingga matang Setelah matang, oles mentega Tunggu uapnya hilang, lalu simpan dlm wadah tertutup.   • There is something deeply satisfying about baking bread. It imparts a discerible feeling that all is right and well in the world. Whether or not everything is right and well is another thing altogether, but a fresh loaf of bread that you baked yourself as part of a meal brings a profound sense of comfort and security. Learning to bake bread was a decision that took too long on my part but was a definitive part of my family's decision to take further control of and responsibility for our lives by being deliberate in what we eat and how that food makes it to our table. It was a choice that, in the doing of such, made it easier to make other choices, such as making all pasta from scratch, to. For years, we've bought everything in bulk and made so much from scratch, but bread and pasta were always postponed because they're "difficult" -ie, intimidating. lol Yet, doing so has helped my rather large family to further reduce the amount of packaging waste we produce due to food, has further aided our health and well being by removing more added chemicals from our diet, and encouraging us to be more present and aware in the choices we make each day. Because little choices such as whether or not to grab a coffee from the corner coffee shop or whether or not to buy premade meals *do* have an effect on our impact on the environment, on the social and economic conditions of others, and our physical/mental/emotional/spiritual health. Those little choices that we don't give much thought to each day are the proof of our character and how we embody our values and spiritual truths.
