  • Another lovely dish from The Essential WW FreeStyle Program Cookbook. One pot chilli chicken & bean bowl. Zero Smart Point Meal. Winning. The only tweaks I made was, didn’t poach the chicken! I’m time poor and if I can cut corners ... I will! I just cooked the chicken in the pan with the onion 👌🏼 I also added a ton more flavour, because herbs, spices, salt & Pepper is EVERYTHING in cooking! I didn’t have “mexican” chilli powder, cue in smoked paprika & chilli flakes instead and I served mine with Rice Seriously a great cookbook! I’ll say it a hundred times! It’s the best one WW has ever released.

  • Suite de l'histoire L'histoire ne s'est jamais terminée, je l'ecris chaque jour. Depuis ce corps étranger mon corps n'a cessé de subir des dérèglements immunitaires en tout genre. On m'a découvert des anti corps de différentes maladies comme : la polymiosite, la polyarthrite rhumatoïde, la sclérose en plaque et toutes sorte de problèmes de peau non identifié. A ce jour j'ai le cumul de plusieurs symptômes et maladies pas tous expliqué : Des cellules pré cancéreuses dans le col de l'utérus Une endometriose explosive qui ne cesse de se développer. Un lupus erythemateux disséminé pour lequel je ne peux plus écrire. De l'hyperlaxite dans plusieurs articulations. 3 opérations de prévues que je ne cesse de décaler pour tenter d'avoir une vie ! Le combat continu 💪

But change was not without some trepidation... for my health, for what I feared I may miss or miss out on. What you can't know until you walk some miles in the non leather shoes of a vegan, and an activist, is the sense of purpose, passion, and meaning it will bring. Or how your health that will bloom, Or how your mind will open in an ever expanding consciousness. Or how your heart will fill with love despite it breaking daily at the apathy, cruelty, injustice that still exists seemingly everywhere. Going Vegan felt like a noble sacrifice at the moment of commitment. What a beautiful surprise to find it was no sacrifice at all. My people, my world, my life of compassion and connection. All these people who link arms across the world, not only for self but for all of us. Truly for all. That's a life. That's surely why we are here.   • 🤸🏻‍♂️ a little progress every day adds up to BIG RESULTS! If you’d told me two years ago that I’d be able to hold a handstand I would have laughed! Now I understand that fitness and wellbeing are so important and I believe ANYONE can make them a part of their lives! When I started my gym journey almost 2 years ago, I was in a dark place. I was in therapy, hadn’t talked to my mum in years, and had a toxic relationship myself and with the world around me. All that changed when I discovered the gym. I cannot thank the people who have supported me and motivated me enough for the impact they’ve had in my life. To @cheesereets for getting me started at the gym, to @shelltest15 for being the most amazing personal trainer/motivator, and to all the beautiful women who have let me practice on them while I become a personal trainer myself. THANK YOU! xx (sorry about the cheesy post I’m just feeling emotional and so so happy okay?) 😂

  • Something just clicked and wanted to share this with you to show you how you have to ignore your scales. First of all I keep the picture on the left for motivation, this was me 4 years ago and It is not about my heavier weight, i keep it to simply look back and remember where I came from and how much I have accomplished since then. The lifestyle change I went through and what I created for myself I never would have imagined I can ever accomplish back then. . ✅ Changed mentally ✅ Have a good relationship with food especially carbs ✅ Much healthier and happier ✅ Focused on weight training ✅ Tracked macros and understood why they are essential for my body ✅ Understood the purpose of vitamins ✅ Meditation ✅ Started to love myself . But the most important thing that I wanted to share with all of you girls that are so fixated with the scales is that in both pictures I weigh the same .. can you believe it? I weighed 57kg then and I'm the same.now I promise you. What has changed is my love for food, love for weight training and my body composition. . If you are struggling to see a change pick up those weights they will not make you bulky I am living proof of that. Ditch doing so much cardio because with cardio you will never get toned, keep cardio to a min of twice a week and focus on weights 3/4 times a week 45min each workout and do something every night before you go to sleep to keep any stress at bay (yoga,meditation,read a book or have sex) and I promise you you will be a much calmer and happier person inside out.

  • Turmeric oatmeal perfect for this weather ❄️🥣 Inspired from @middleeats_ 😋❤️ . Ingredients: 3 tbsp rolled oats 1 tsp turmeric 1/4 tsp ginger powder 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder 1 tbsp chia seeds 1/4 cup warm water 1 tbsp yogurt 1 tbsp or 1 tsp honey (your choice) Instructions: *In a pot add the oats, warm water and the chia seeds then add the rest of the ingredients on a medium heat and cook for 3-5 minutes until its texture get thicker. *serve it in a bowl then add the yogurt and your toppings. Toppings: 🍌🍯🥥 Strawberries Coconut shreds Dark chocolate (Lindet 85%) Honey Banana Wheat germ P.S. Always try to put dark chocolate on the top of your oatmeal and push it into the oats until it melts, also the dark chocolate has lots of benefits to your health and mood 😋🍫
