Do I look like a surfer or just a Chad😂??
What an epic week, Made a heap of memories with some absolute legends; some of which include pretending I can surf on what seems to be the worlds largest board and @isnathan having a nap mid air on the beach 😴 .

During work sketches.
I hate being told what to draw.
I need to always draw whatever I feel.
I felt like an elephant so I googled it and yay! I drew myself an elephant. Mind you, I prefer doing art that means more into abstract so I was feeling super cute that it came out the way it did.
This is from a series of mine: The Void. It's focused on mindfulness. This piece had me focused on wisdom and how I plan on passing down all the wisdom I embody because that's part of my purpose and responsibility as a human being, I believe.
The elephant reminds me to embody all the wisdom I receive from God, my Angels, my family and the world.
It also teaches me about duality: balancing power and gentleness. ' The Void' is done only in pen. I use it to transform bad thoughts into good thoughts.
Art is my therapy.
Some highlights from this past week with the girls boxing 🥊🔥. Not everyone but it’s hard to always get clips of each pad session 🎥.
Working on technique, improving fitness, burning calories 🔥and de-stressing .
So many benefits from BXING training and you can do it in a non contact way. For me personally my most enjoyable form of cardio and one when being consistent with I always get the most benefits from with fitness and conditioning. -
Always look forward to my weekly boxing sessions. Need to get back on track 🤛🏽
