Algumas fotos com os personagens da meia-maratona 🏃🏼♀️ Foram 20 filas no total, alguns personagens estavam sozinhos, alguns em dupla e alguns até em trio!
A melhor parte da corrida com certeza foi os personagens. Saber que tinha mais personagens na frente, me fazia andar mais rápido para ganhar tempo. As filas tinham em média 1 a 2 minutos, mas apenas na meia maratona. Na corrida de 10k elas eram bem mais longas. Durante uma corrida, com tempo para terminar, precisa ser super rápida as fotos. Por isso que não estou olhando para a camera certa na metade das fotos 🙈📸

GRIND GRIND GRIND. Late night tread intervals. Was super apprehensive about this @heartbreakersrun / @coachdanbos workout when I read about it. But after seeing all my teammates crush it, I had to at least try. Def wasn't easy but got it done. Workout #1 in the bank for this 10week training cycle. Also pretty sure everybody in the gym thinks I'm crazy since I was legit LOLing at @demetrimartinofficial special while cruising at 10mph. #heartbreakersrun#teamnuun
Trainer Ed (@zijled) met één van zijn atleten bij de Kopjesloop in Delft. 👍 Afgelopen zondag was de een na laatste loop van het De Hardloopwinkel 1/4 Circuit. Zondag 24 februari is de laatste bij Sparta in Den Haag! 😄
Here's some Helena's for you, 10 years apart!
The first Helena thought people would only be running if they're being chased or to catch a bus. A few years on I thought I'd give running a go, managed 4km in about 30 minutes and hated it. .
Few years after I got hit by a car and because of the damage to me knee the Dr said not to run further than 10km.
The second Helena has now completed 2 marathons with over 50 medals, a trophy for first female and multiple pbs. I completed 1721km in 2018 and in the past 15 days I've ran nearly 115km.
