Perso au début j’étais complètement épuisée, le soir je tombais 😂 et maintenant perso je kiffe trop, je pense qu’il fallait un temps d’adaptation !   • #Tbt my fresh holiday tan!🌊😪 Instagram has been deleting some of my posts?!Sooo I’m re-posting one I did on FLAT VS HEELED SHOES! 👟 {As I found it superr helpful, hope you guys do too💗✨} 〰️ I’ve recently switched from my Nike trainers to conserve for training, for lower body, I find the type of shoe you wear really effects your training especially for those compound movements like squats + deadlifts!🍑🧐 〰️〰️ FLAT SHOES - When squatting in a flat shoe it centres your weight to the middle of your foot allowing you to push through your heels, as they have no heel cup it means you can exert your energy straight in the ground helping you lift more, with laces it still gives you that ankle support + compression you require!💪🏼✨👟 〰️〰️ RAISED SHOES- While these do work for a lot of people personally I prefer a flat shoe as your closer to the ground it stops you from having you shoe absorb the shock making you loose energy as it then needs to go through the padding/floor + weight😅🧐 Heeled shoes put THE weight in the back of your heel unlike flat shoes this counterbalances the bar allowing you to stay UPRIGHT in the squat 〰️〰️ DEADLIFTS- for these flat shoes/socks are your No1 go to shoe,!It helps you shift your weight back and ENGAGES your glutes/hamstrings more🤩✌🏼 Also for deadlifts this has you closer to the floor equating a shorter distance for locking out!👏🏼 〰️〰️ Personally I find flat shoes like converse work the best for me, unlike my mum who raises her heels for squats, it really just depends on you and how your form affects your mobility for the movement🌚🤓 〰️〰️ Hope you enjoy the more ‘informative posts’ Dw I will still keep mixing it up!Let me know what you think In the comments🎄❄️✨

I love filming an editing videos, but its takes more time an its harder to get in a good workout 😏 . I also started taking the weekend of from social media an focus more on being present an enjoying my family. . I noticed i was becoming very discontented with everything, my progress, wishing i could buy everything that I see advertised on social media🙄 .   • If you’re new here, I’d like to introduce myself & explain a little bit more about what I do. ⁣ ⁣ I’m 24 years old and currently live in Germany but am planing on moving back to the U.S. where I lived 2,5 years. I’ve also lived in Australia, the U.K & travelled many more countries. ⁣ I’m an online health & fitness coach as well as a NASM certified personal trainer and am currently in the process of completing my nutrition certification. Continuing education is very important to me & I always strive to learn more about health, fitness & nutrition.⁣ ⁣ My fitness & health journey began about six years ago when I was able to overcome a bad gastritis by switching to a plant-based diet. In order to gain weight, I eventually got into weight lifting and my passion only grew stronger since then which led me to competing in the Dennis James Classic IFBB pro qualifier this year where I placed 2nd. ⁣ ⁣ However, the years leading up to my first show were anything but easy. For a long time I struggled with a lack of self-confidence, had very low self-esteem & honestly hated my body. So when I finally found my passion for living a healthy life and found a diet & workout routine that worked for me and transformed my life completely, I knew that I wanted to share my journey to inspire & support others.⁣ ⁣ To realize my vision, I started my online coaching business in order to be able to reach & support as many people as possible. I knew if I created such a transformation for myself, I could help others to do the same.⁣ ⁣ After all, finding a balance in my nutrition & exercise routine without feeling restricted has given me the confidence I lacked for so long. I feel stronger, have more energy than I could have ever imagined, improved my relationships & am genuinely happy with where I’m at in life.⁣ ⁣ I deeply believe that everyone deserves to become the happiest, healthiest & most confident version of themselves! You don’t have to be miserable exercising, you don’t have to cut out all your favorite foods. ⁣ I hope this sheds some light on what I (aspire to) do.
