The second pic is taken after spending the whole summer in Toronto🏙 - - FOOD: I tone up a tiny bit when I go to Canada in the summer because I mostly eat cherries/watermelon, salads& sushi. Summer fruit is literally my holy grail when im in Canada🙌🏻 - Very curious to see how I will look next summer☀️ - ❗️ Lighting, angle, posture etc all play huge rolls when it comes to transformation pics. Oh and I got a tan😅

  • "If you are sad, add more lipstick and attack" Current shape - nothing special 😪 I'm trying to get back to gym after tooo long break, but it's not as easy as I thought...I mean stress, distractors, school sometimes it's all stronger than motivation. For now, I have to focus on shred plan. 💥 🇵🇱 Obecna forma - jak widać nic specjalnego.   • PR! 💪🏻💪🏻 40s on the dumbbell shoulder press! Always been a goal of mine! Was overall a great session! - - - ✅ When warming up on exercises I just go very light, firstly to get the blood into the muscle to get it warm. Then I will go to 5 reps of a slightly heavy weight for one or two sets... and then move to the big load! This is where I tear the fibres with 5 reps or lower! This gets the nervous system going ready for the rest of the session! Making everything feel that little bit lighter! 💪🏻 - - - 2️⃣ High side lateral raise- Try this variation with a side lateral and a turn mid way to the top of the rep! Have the bench on an incline, lean back and control the movement! Should be tension throughout, focusing on mind muscle connection 💪🏻 Give these a go guys! 🔜☑️☑️

Organizm nie ma pojęcia czym jest aktywność fizyczna, więc natychmiast wprowadza reakcje obronne, które bardzo często przez pierwsze tygodnie pracy działają odwrotnie do obranego celu, trzymając wagę w miejscu, podchodząc pół kilograma, czy kilogram w górę. Musimy pamiętać, że każdy organizm jest inny i może reagować inaczej. Budowanie atletycznej, zdrowej sylwetki to długotrwały proces regularnego treningu i odpowiedniego odżywiania‼️
