Dieser Post enthält Ironie!] Immer wenn ich gefragt werde, warum ich so oft zum Sport gehe, antworte ich: „Weil es mir Spaß macht!“ Das sollte eigentlich auch die Hauptintention für ein Hobby sein. Wenn ihr auch zu denken gehört, die diese Antwort geben, dann hab ich einen Tipp für euch, um DAS zu ändern! 🤣 • Stellt euer Training auf Kraftausdauer um, 30% Gewicht mal 25 Wiederholungen. Macht riiiiiichtig Spaß und ist auch gar nicht langweilig. Um den Spaß zu maximieren baut ihr das Prinzip in ein Ganzkörpertraining ein....ihr erkennt das System? Genau....die Grundübungen sind hier gefragt. Wir wollen also große Muskelgruppen bewegen und möglichst viele „Nebenmuskeln“ mit jeder Übung ansprechen. Und wer jetzt denkt, man könnte das Vergnügen nicht noch steigern?! Ruuuuhig, junger Padawan. 👦Einen hab ich noch! Zum Abschluss bauen wir noch eine Übung mit Planks ein....Full Planks + Elbow + Side (davon haben wir mit links und rechts zwei) + Elbow....und fertig ist das Trainingsvergnügen! 🥳🥳🥳 • Ich würde lügen, wenn ich sagen würde, ich liebe Planks....also eher so mittel...eher negativ! 😂 und 30% des üblichen Gewichtes können sich auch gerne mal anfühlen wie 130%....und ja, den ganzen Käse 25 Wiederholungen pro Satz zu bolzen ist richtig langweilig 😑 💤 ABER: Es ist effektiv!!! Und das spürst du schon beim ersten Training. • Klar, es wirkt erst mal lächerlich, wenn man zu den kleinen Hantelscheiben greift. DAS vergeht Dir aber schnell, nach dem ersten Satz. Und wer einfach mal neue Reize setzen will oder generell den Körperfettanteil senken bzw. den Muskeltonus erhöhen will, für den kann das eine Option sein.
