Figured I would hop in on this #10YearTransformationChallenge because it is indeed #TransformationTuesday but most
Importantly look at the picture on the left.. How the hell could I not share this with y’all and give you something to laugh about? 2010-2019 (13-22 years old) yes I realize it isn’t exactly 10 years but you get the damn point.. .
1. a tool to.. well I still am one
2. a skinny pencil to a chubby albino 🦍 (also I lost all my organs)
3. rocking live strong bracelets, dog tags, and Hurley hats to questioning all of those things (thank the lord)
4. having hair that looked like a mop to having long flow that is still wild but at least looks somewhat better .
All jokes aside, the physical changes are clear. Something you all don’t see however, are the mental and internal changes. I used to be insecure and didn’t really think I was good enough. I had no idea where I was going with life or what to do. I can say I have grown mentally for the better. I have been blessed with an awesome family and people who have helped me along the way. I understand that some individuals live a much more difficult life than I do, however I have worked extremely hard in every aspect of my life and haven’t taken any little thing I have for granted .
My main point is, the reason that you all see this physical change, is because there was a HUGE mental shift and change. I am proud of my transformation, both physically and mentally .
Having a healthy lifestyle does not include giving up all the foods you love forever. One thing that I like to keep in mind is to always count my calorie intake on treat meal days so that I never over indulge. If you are having a hard time getting on the right track with your weightloss journey, DM myself or @mr_fitnesse for dietary tips and start our 30 day New Year New Body Challenge today!!!!
It is okay to fail! 🙋🏼♀️ The first two roll outs I am able to use my abs to get myself back up but notice on the third my abs are fatigued and I cannot and THAT IS OKAY! 👏🏼
. . .
I knew that I wasn’t able to get myself back up so I focused on the eccentric (the muscle lengthening under load) movement so that I can progress.
. . .
I like failing at exercises/sessions because it makes me want to work even harder to try and go further than the last time. 🔥

Sometimes it’s just about therapy for the mind But when I walk into the these doors , i have my mind set on kill mode Sometimes motivation comes in a bad way , certain things in your life may happen to drive you to be a better person or sometimes make you to become a monster , Dont lose sight Of focus people may think you’re dumb stupid and corny They might even say you had a nervous break down I say later with that dumb s # # # , But then again that just motivates me more 😀 #gohard#savage
