Questo potrebbe fare un figurone: Tentacolando🐙 Quando l’acqua bolle, mettere il polpo giù dai tentacoli finché non si arricciano. Farlo per 3 volte. Cuocerlo per circa 1 ora con una bustina di the verde. A parte, lessare 4 patate medie tagliate a rondelle spesse 1 cm (non troppo cotte). Quando il polpo è cotto, in una pentola mettere della passata di pomodoro con olive taggiasche e capperi. Togliere la testa del polpo e unirlo alla salsa con un pizzico di sale e pepe. Lasciate cuocere altri 20 minuti. Aggiungerci sopra un altro po’ di passata di pomodoro diluita con acqua. Infine, aggiungere le patate. . 🇺🇸Tentacular Dip an octopus starting with the tentacles for 3 times into boiling water till the tentacles get curled. Cook it for about 1 hour with a green tea bag. Separately, boil 4 medium-size potatoes cut into 1cm thick slices (don’t overcook them). When the octopus is ready, prepare a sauce with tomatoes, olives and capers. Add the tentacles (not the head) to the sauce with a pinch of salt and pepper. Make it cook for 20 minutes. Add some more watered tomato sauce on top. De karamel is heerlijk zoet & romig, gevolgd door een smeuïge nougat en een lekkere bittere cacaobodem 😋 Wil je een glutenvrije taart serveren met de feestdagen? 🎄🎉Probeer dit recept dan zeker! • Bereiding 30 minuten / wachttijd 2 uur / voor 8-10 personen • • Bodem 50 g cacaopoeder 6 el kokosolie • • Nougat 100 g havervlokken 250 ml kokosmelk 5 el kokosolie • • Karamel 250 g dadels (medjoul-ontpit) 50 ml kokosmelk 50 ml warm water Snufje zout 1 tl vanille-extract 3 el pindakaas 70 g ongezouten pinda’s (plus extra voor decoratie)• • Keukenhulpjes: springvorm (18cm), bakpapier en keukenmachine • • Bereiding Bekleed een springvorm (18cm) met bakpapier. Voor de bodem: smelt de kokosolie au bain-marie, meng de cacaopoeder erdoor met een vork en schenk deze saus in de springvorm. Laat het opstijven in de koelkast. Voor de nougat: mix de havervlokken, kokosmelk en kokosolie in de keukenmachine. Schep voorzichtig boven op de cacaolaag, verdeel gelijkmatig en zet terug in de koelkast. Voor de karamellaag: mix in de keukenmachine de dadels, kokosmelk, warm water, zout, vanille-extract en pindakaas tot een mooie egale en dikke karamel (voeg meer warm water toe als het te dik is, meer dadels als de karamel te dun is). Als de karamel goed is voeg de pinda’s toe en mix kort. Receita divina da Gabi Mahamud, autora do blog e livro Flor de Sal: • INGREDIENTES • ESPONJA: - 160ml (2/3 xíc) de água - 1 sachê de fermento biológico seco - 1 colher (sopa) de açúcar mascavo • MASSA: - 250 ml de suco de maçã e laranja (1 maça sem semente batida no liquidificador com sumo de 2 laranjas) - 1 xíc de açúcar mascavo - 2 col (sopa) de psyllium hidratadas em 1/3 de xíc de água - 1 xíc de farinha de arroz integral - 1/2 xíc de fécula de batata - 1/2 xíc de farinha de grão de bico - 1 xíc de farinha de castanha - 1 col (café rasa) de goma xantana - 2 col (sopa) de vinagre de maçã - 2 col (sopa) de azeite - 4 col (sopa) de essência de panetone - 2 col (sopa) de raspas de laranja (casca) - 2/3 de xíc de chocolate picado, frutas secas e castanhas à gosto • INSTRUÇÕES: • Preaqueça o forno a 250ºC. • Para a esponja, aqueça a água por 30 segundos no fogão e misture o fermento e o açúcar mascavo. Deixe descansando até crescer. • Coloque o psyllium para hidratar na água e reserve (pode ser chia ou linhaça triturada também). • Em um recipiente, misture as farinhas e a goma xantana e reserve. • Com um fouet (ou batedeira), bata o açúcar mascavo, o suco, a essência de panetone, o psyllium e as raspas de laranja até que o açúcar se dissolva. Por último, adicione o fermento e misture mais um pouquinho. • Vá adicionando a mistura seca de farinhas, mexendo simultaneamente. Quando a massa estiver homogênea, acrescente o vinagre de maçã e o azeite e incorpore à massa. • Por fim, acrescente as castanhas, chocolate, frutas e o que mais você quiser, e misture cuidadosamente com uma colher. Despeje a massa na forma de chocotone e deixe crescer mais uns 15 minutinhos. • Leve ao forno em fogo alto (250ºC) e, depois de 5 minutos, abaixe a temperatura para 180ºC e asse por mais 40 minutos (depende do seu forno! Fique de olho).   • Today I had the Mexican fiesta from @soul.press as a reward for a workout well done 👌🌱 . I don't always feel like exercising, sometimes it's hard to get the motivation. Today was one of those days, but I still went to gym and I still did my workout. Why? Because no matter how I feel beforehand, once I've worked out I feel better about myself, I feel stronger, accomplished and happier. I am doing this for my health, both physical and mental. I am doing this for me. 💪 . What motivates you to exercise? 🏃

Creamy Tomato Basil Vegan Pasta🍝🍅 By fitfoodiefinds . ~~~ INGREDIENTS ~~~ ● 6 medium tomatoes, quartered ● 1 medium yellow onion, chopped ● 6 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed ● 2 tablespoons olive oil ● 1/4 teaspoon salt (or more to taste) ● pepper, to taste ● 6-8 servings of pasta (we used Whole Foods Organic Ziti) ● 1 cup soaked cashews ● Fresh basil, chopped, to taste . ~~~ INSTRUCTIONS ~~~ 1- Preheat oven to 400ºF and like a baking sheet with tin foil. 2- Place tomatoes, onions, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper onto baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toss, making sure everything is coated. Roast at 400ºF 20 minutes. 3- While vegetables are roasting, bring a pot of water to a boil. When water comes to a boil, add pasta to the water. Stir occasionally and remove when pasta is al dente. About 6-8 minutes. Strain pasta and set aside. 4- Remove baking sheet from oven, remove skin from tomatoes, and roast for an additional 10 minutes. 5- Next, transfer all ingredients on the baking sheet (including juices) into a blender along with soaked cashews and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust salt as needed. 6- Toss pasta with sauce and top with fresh basil and cracked pepper. Enjoy! Share with a friend!👍🙂
