  • For anyone who had just started following me, thank you! My name is Britt, im from Ballarat VIC Aus and i this is the first time in 12 months i don't look like a sack of potatoes. I am 5 ft 2, i competed in figure in 2017, did a full 12 month bulk on 4000 calories a day, and worked my bum off. All to completely change my own physique, and cut to see what has been accomplished. My past includes running marathons, being completely obsessed with being the leanest person out, not eating more then 1200 calories a day. I had one major learning curve throughout this process where i had to learn to like, share my current self, and learn to be confident in a body far from my comfort zone. The best way to grow as a person is to throw yourself under a bus and take a risk that leads you open to a world of judgement. Cuz if you wanna be strong af mentally, then people can be cruel, so that will teach you. And if you have a strong determined mind, then you can do ANYTHING! But i stand before you today, to tell you and encourage you to work your ass off at WHATEVER you want to achieve, and tell people to get stuffed. Cuz you have to trust the process, start somewhere, and all the work gets done behind the scenes and leads you to where you want to be! Feel free to head back through my page. Lean af, then sack of potatoes after 12 months bulking (mind you that was when i was the absolute fittest and strongest), and i have been cutting we have been able to see all the changes up until now where we are today! And hell it's been worth it! Go get it. Success is the best revenge! And we must always learn to clap and be proud of ourselves. Cuz everyone watches from the outside, but we are the ones putting in all the work and effort.
