HOMEMADE: Black Angus Fillet Steak Yukhoe, the Korean adaptation of a a steak tartare. 🥩🥚🇰🇷 One of the best things I ate in 2018 and I didn't really do anything. In fact, I probably cut the steak too big haha (it's a trade off between seasoning permeation and steak texture). Literally, just raw steak, soy sauce and black sesame oil, some sesame seeds and a bluebell araucana egg yolk 🤤🤤. You can't use any old steak for this. Would definitely recommend going to a butcher to get something decent and safe to eat raw! Totally tripping on these Tikkis, our hot- selling, market favourite “Vegan Tikkis” are made with just with a few ingredients and no spices at all, yet absolutely delicious and kids just adore them!
These Tikkis are made with boiled/steamed mashed peas, carrots, potatoes, mint or coriander(optional), lots of crushed garlic, ginger and dairy free bread! Perfect on its own or use them as patties for Burgers and to spruce up your Salads!
If I went out to bars this is one I would go to often. Drinks are hand crafted and they care as much about the taste as they do about the food. Plus I love the way booze looks when you shine a light through it. #shotoniphonexsmax#chefseries
