Uno degli elementi naturali che ci aiutano a dimagrire è la rodiola. La rodiola, o rhodiola, è una pianta che cresce in piccoli cespugli e presenta foglie spesse e succulente. La rodiola cresce nelle zone fredde e montuose e il suo nome significa "rosellina", ma vediamo come può aiutarci nella nostra lotta ai chili di troppo. I principi attivi della rodiola e i loro benefici sull'organismo I principi attivi benefici contenuti nella rodiola sono i tannini e i flavonoidi e, sebbene in Asia questa pianta e i suoi benefici siano conosciuti da secoli, in Europa si sta facendo strada da pochi anni. La rodiola, grazie ai suoi principi attivi, è da secoli usata per curare diversi disturbi e come rimedio fitoterapico. Ad esempio, la sua radice è usata comerimedio per lo stress. Questo succede grazie alla sua proprietà "adattogena" e cioè in grado di far resistere l'organismo a eventi più o meno stressanti. Un altro effetto positivo derivante dall'assunzione della rodiola èl'incremento della concentrazione e un miglioramento della memoria. La sua radice infatti stimola il sistema nervoso centrale stimolando concentrazione e memoria. Questa pianta è anche usata intrattamenti antidepressivi. La rodiola per perdere peso. Come funziona? Oltre ai benefici già elencati, la rodiola risulta essere un ottimo rimedio per i chili di troppo. Come accennato prima, la radice di rodiola riduce lo stress: se la tua fame è nervosa, quindi, questo effetto potrebbe diminuire il tuo stress e frenare la tua voglia di mangiare anche quando non hai fame. La radice di rodiola aumenta anche i livelli di serotonina, una sostanza in grado di inibire la voglia di carboidrati fuori pasto.   • I am officially done with winter. I need to run!!! Its not so much the cold temps its the ice everywhere that I have issues with. 🤬 A bad knee & ice are a recipe for disaster. . . Is there an activity that your body just craves? For me its always been running. It frees my mind, releases my spirit & makes my legs look great!! Lol. I think its in my DNA. So till the ice goes away at home workouts that I can stream to make me stronger will do. 🤸‍♀️👣👟
