‼️YOUR WEIGHT IS MF BULLSHIT‼️
‼️YOU’RE BLAMING YOUR GENES AS AN EXCUSE‼️
💪🏾100 lbs of Skinny vs. 100 lbs of Muscle💪🏾
You’re checking the scale everyday to see if you lost weight instead of checking how you look in the mirror or how you fit in your clothes...
👉🏾 Years ago, I got to 100 lbs of “skinny fat” because I did an hour of cardio everyday to get “prom ready” and I was obviously NEVER blessed with a booty 😂
🍑 Now when I’m cutting, I’m still 100 lbs but with A LOT MORE muscle and a BOOTY🍑
I lifted heavy weights, ate a lot, fluctuated in weight, and wasn’t afraid to “get too bulky” so I eventually built a booty 🤷🏽♀️🤩
I worried about the number on the scale too until I started weightlifting and learning about my body...
Yes I’m still 100-105 lbs but I could prob bench press and squat the old 100 lbs Su now 😂
⭐️ You should worry about how to get stronger and build muscle 💪🏾
⚠️ If you wanna GROW A BOOTY too, apply to my FREE BIGGER BUTT, SKINNIER GUT challenge where I’ll give you my BEST TIPS on how to grow a booty and slim your waist‼️
❤️ Challenge starts Dec.17 and the application is in my bio!❤️

It’s been a hard few weeks. 99% of the time I am a positive, optimistic person. But today, I give in. Everything that can go wrong, has. I give in to the customers who are just downright mean, I give in to the supplier who scammed me out of hundreds of dollars & caused me to have to close my shop in the middle of the Christmas rush, and I give in to a personal situation that causes me hell from time to time. I took these early this morning before the day went to 💩 & I’m attempting to pull myself out of this funk by looking at them now & telling myself that it’s ok that I’ve hardly exercised this entire month & that I’ve had a few days of not tracking my calories. Life happens, and sometimes it’s all you can do to just get through it. I know things will get easier & that I will be back to my normal, happy self soon. But for now I’m just being real & honest with all of you here, so that you know that I DO have my bad times & that everyone struggles. Here’s to hoping for a fresh start tomorrow ❤️ #jens100poundjourney
Good Morning 🌞
I hope everyone that has finals is killin it this week. I’ve been catching myself in a weird funk. If you know me you know I usually try to stay positive NO matter what. -
This is the first week in a longgg time where I’m finding myself lack motivation, in the gym, school, work, etc to the point I’d really prefer not to get out of bed and face the day. -
Instead of sinking down in my emotions, I am going to rise up in strength. I remind myself that I am loved by so many, I am smart enough to get through this semester successfully, I am going to go to the gym even when I don’t want to because I know how good I’ll feel after, that I am good enough, I am blessed in so many aspects of my life. If you’re feeling down try to surround yourself with positive influences, eat healthy food, exercise, take an hour for yourself everyday, listen to happy music, write down 3 things you are grateful for, drink tons of water, and get adequate amounts of sleep every night. Happy Thursday everybody 🤗 -

Arm Day 💪🏼 Only had time for 3 of the 4 circuits today. But 3 is better than none. So that’s a win in my book. 🙌🏼😉. __________
Off to @boyne.mountain for a long weekend of skiing and fun with friends. ⛷🏂❄️
Messy garage gym business⚡️
•high cable pulldown
•wide grip row
+a half hour of intervals on the stationary bike💦
After an early morning workout, I had work, and then directly after I had a final and research assignment to do. I am just absolutely exhausted. I can’t wait for the weekend yall😅
Only good vibes xx
Thanks for the testimonial Miriam. Keep up the great work!!! I started training with Lyndal in March this year, she has been absolutely wonderful. She listened with an open mind to what I was wanting to get out of my personal training sessions, and delivered exactly that plus more. She has been amazingly patient, kind and encouraging, and just the right amount of insistent when I needed it! Lyndal has tailored programs for me that work around and with my various physical and emotional quirks and the results have made a profound difference to my life. I’m very much looking forward to seeing what else I can achieve with her guidance. If you’re looking for a personal trainer who has the expertise and flexibility to cater for a wide variety of needs then I wholeheartedly recommended Lyndal. Plus, anyone who can make me laugh while doing a plank is clearly a genius.
There are only 2 options. Make progress or make excuses.

Grind. Every. Day.
Haven't you experienced this before? First you get super PUMPED UP trying this new thing (exercising, setting up a company, dieting etc etc). A few days or weeks later, that 🔥 just fizzles out and then you STOP. AND you wonder why the things that you try are never successful.
Motivation is never gonna stick. It might re-appear sporadically but it's never going to be around 24/7. Don't DEPEND on motivation for results.
Instead, plan the steps that you need to take and carry them out EVERY DAY without fail. There are days that I'm too lazy to go to the gym... but because I PLANNED to go, I SHOW UP and I DOMINATE. Those are the days that matter because once you push through them, you have achieved a mini-victory. In fact, I've not known a single person who feels bad doing sth that he/she had planned to do. So, DO IT. Let your DISCIPLINE encourage your Growth. Keep racking up those mini-victories and see where that brings you months/years later. 💪

If you have been consistently working out or dieting for months/years and are disappointed with the results, DM or email me. We can most definitely find a solution together. Link in bio @chiah_hock
Kaylene, since day one I always felt that there was something about you. When you came in for your first session with me and we were just getting to know each other, you had opened up to me and told me about your fitness goals. What your struggles were and that you wanted to change. Little did we know that during our time together we created a great relationship, got to know each other more and gained a friend in the process. Your strength has increased in the amount that we’ve had. Not only that, but your confidence level has increased a heck of a lot too! A big thing for me was that you were so open to try new things and you pushed yourself. You wanted to see if you could lift heavier. You wanted to challenge yourself and best of all you were willing and you were coachable. You listened to every cue, paid attention to what needed to be done and your forms couldn’t be more spot on. You’re energy is amazing and your personality meshed very well with mine and we hit it off pretty damn good😘 my girl, I hope that you’ve gained knowledge so that it may continue you on your way to your fitness journey. May you continue to lift heavy. Sweat more. And continue to have that positive attitude coming to the gym. You were an absolute pleasure to coach and if ever you need anything, don’t hesitate to reach out!♥️....
Congratulations on making it through all the sessions! LOL YOU GOT DIS BOO BOO
So ya that happened this morning ☹️ and I was really feeling down on myself. I’m trying but I know I’m not trying as hard as I could be. Even today I fubbed and had sweet cereal for no apparent reason other than the fact that I felt like it. Anyways I finally worked out and really gained back some perspective. Yes I can try harder and on the positive side I’m still here trying I haven’t given up and I’m not going to.

An 8 study meta analysis compares results of rep speeds between 0.5 to 8 seconds and finds no difference between them. The studies did find that reps <10 seconds are ill advised. The takeaway I get from this is to train in the tempo that lets you go the hardest. Whether you train like Mike Mentzer or Branch Warren, the one thing they had in common is intent—they both trained hard in their own styles.

Training for the #ms150 🚴🏼♀️
When training for an event like this (150 mile bike ride) dynamic stretching is of the utmost importance!
Here is demonstrated the Bend-and-Throw to activate core muscles that are used when moving the hips in cycling. -
For any sports performance training the body needs to be conditioned and prepared to move in a fashion similar to the sport you pursue. Furthermore, your mind can be more focused on the number of repetitions and force behind each rep when your body is already practiced in the movement you’re attempting to perform, instead of having to focus on the movement itself after weight is added!
Safe exercise means long term progress. Do you dynamically stretch before your workouts?
