Go check it out to learn more about the best and the worst ways to detox your body. Let’s just say I had a wonderful day and feel refreshed 🙌🏻 . Spoiler alert: If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ll already know I think juice cleanses are a scam. I didn’t go into detail in the video so here are a few more notes on that: . The only positive aspect of juice cleanses is the nutrient density—you’re drinking the nutrients of a lot more fruits and vegetables than you would be able to in one day through whole food. However, the negatives outweigh the positives. Sugar in fruit is usually better than table sugar or even maple syrup because it comes with a ton of fiber that helps slow the release of the sugar in your body and prevent major blood sugar spikes (repeated spikes would lead to diabetes). But when you remove all of the fiber, any sugar in the fruit or vegetables that are juiced becomes pure sugar. No fiber to slow it down. It just charges into your body and acts like table sugar and causes all the damage that pure sugar can cause. Here’s a fun fact for you: . ‼️Your average juice cleanse has as much sugar as 5-6 snickers bars😨 . Additionally, there is no evidence to support that juice cleanses help remove waist or toxins from the body. . You might argue that doing one allows you to take a break from processed foods and reset your palate. But guess what: You can just spend 3-5 days eating fruit and vegetables to get the same effect and you won’t be consuming sugar bombs throughout the day. Its a win-win. . So ditch the juice cleanse and choose something with a little more science and a little less quick-fix-gimmick.

  • 3 YEARS OF PROGRESS🍑✨ 14 years old ➡️ 17 years old #transformationtuesday ————————————————————— Growing up I was extremely thin. Although I was healthy, people would tell me to eat more or say I need some meat on my bones. I remember feeling so embarrassed when the only clothes I fit in were from the girls section while everyone else my age was already fitting into trendy clothing stores. It was definitely one of my biggest insecurities. I played tons of sports throughout my childhood and was always an active kid but I started taking fitness more seriously sophomore year (15 years old) when I joined my high schools weightlifting team. Lifting weights and getting stronger became my passion. It was all I wanted to do. I spent hours every night educating myself on training styles, macros, supplements, etc. I trained almost every day, sometimes even twice a day. Bettering myself and getting results pushed me to go harder every single time I stepped into the gym. Im currently 17 years old and i’ve never felt more motivated than I am right now to reach my goals and help YOU do the same! When I turn 18 I’ll be getting my personal training certification and furthering my knowledge of this amazing lifestyle to better guide you guys on your journey. It’s my dream to assist as many people as possible in reaching their goals, hitting those PR’s, boosting their confidence and feeling beautiful in their own skin⚡️ (P.S. there is no secret🙊The only way to build muscle is to lift heavy & eat lots of food!) ————————————————————— Are you ready to make a change? It breaks my heart that, at just the age of 12, these thoughts went through my mind. That’s why I have no photos. . I HATED my photo being taken. So the pic on the left is me at age 15/16. Drunk. At a party. Because that was my outlet for my self-hatred. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 👉🏼 Judgmental 👉🏼 Insecure 👉🏼 Unmotivated 👉🏼 Careless 👉🏼 Negative 👉🏼 Ego driven 👆🏼 I never thought I’d be able to create my own business. Heck, I never thought I’d be able to get healthy. I never thought I’d be able to then create #StrengthFeed and help other people get healthy. And now help others build their own personal brand and online biz. Since the left, through a lot of self development (listening to podcasts, studying successful people), my whole 🌍 has changed. . I’ve discovered that happiness doesn’t come from any one thing. .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Happiness is a JOURNEY. It’s about becoming the best version of yourself and working on doing something that serves a PURPOSE. 💫 Cliché, but true. . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My former self let her personal insecurities stop her from doing things. . My current self still has insecurities, of course. We all do. But now, she understands her worth. And she NEVER lets ANYTHING stop her. Not other people, not her own opinions of herself... NOTHING. . Between these two photos, I’ve quit a job at a prestigious FTSE 250 asset management firm, dropped out of the UK’s number one business degree, and gone all in on something which isn’t the ‘norm’. I now have my own online business at the age of 22 (as of 2 days ago #HappyBirthdayToMe lol) 💫 I was open minded, so I stopped doing what wasn’t making me feel fulfilled. Yes I have grown and learned so much about life, but I’m still creative, loyal, passionate, and loving, like I was years ago.   • Fight for your goals 💪🏼 Soooo this definitely was not filmed today since I’m currently sitting at home with the worst flu ever 😩🤒 And since I’ve binge watched the whole Netflix selection through, I thought I would write lil about what helps me to stay lean and have them abs showing🤗 Okayyy so there's nothing more important than proper nutrition because there's no way you could ever out exercise a bad diet ☝🏼 I usually eat 4-5 small meals 🍛per day, consisting of: -vegetables & berries -organic proteins (meats, poultry, fish, eggs) -fats (avocado, coconut oil, olive oil, nuts) -carbs (mainly sweet potato, oatmeal, rice)💯 For me the best way to stay lean is avoiding processed foods, grains (except oatmeal), sugar and milk products🙅🏽 ‼️Then I do mini cuts and leans bulks (more on my story highlights) meaning that I never go overboard with dieting or bulking. And this because you need to eat surplus calories in order to gain muscle but excessive bulking lowers your insulin sensitivity- Meaning your body gains excess fat more easily and it doesn’t help build more muscle either✨

Prestala som premýšľať nad tým,prečo ľudia ktorých som mala rada z môjho života odišli. Už ma to netrápi. Už mi to nevadí. Nevyzvedam ako sa majú a čo robia. Už ma nebolí srdce,pri pomyslení na moje chyby,za ktoré ma iní odsúdili. Dnes je mi jedno,za akú zlú,skazenu, hlúpu,šialenú ma majú. Naučila som sa odpúšťať sebe aj iným . Lebo to je cesta k novému životu
