  • And just like that, week 1 of Transform: 20 is done!!!! Today’s workout was called “balance.” Normally, I’d call this an active stretching day, but yet I’m sweating like crazy!!! The hubs is still upstairs finishing his workout, but he started earlier! These workouts are intense, but the 30 minutes fly by and are so awesome for a busy mom, or whoever!! But tomorrow is a rest day and time to watch Transform your life!!! We still would love for you to join us!   • Hi everyone, welcome to my new business page! 😁 I wanted to share with you my story, and why I'm so looking forward to working with ladies to achieve their fitness goals and feel the best they've ever felt, here in Leamington Spa 🥳. Fitness for me has been a real game changer. Before I discovered what my body was capable of, I was introverted, anxious, always trying and failing to lose weight through fad diets. I hated my body, I had an eating disorder, and something had to give. When I went to university, I took up running. Before I knew it, I had the bug, I was running 5k, 10k, half marathons, 20 miles! 💪 It felt amazing, I was slim and I'd discovered the power of nourishing my body. I cared less about what I looked like, and more about getting out there and living life! I had no idea what this would lead to. Soon I was involved in everything - all sorts of fitness classes you'd never have caught me at before, then later, climbing mountains, hiking, kayaking and running all over the world, even becoming a kayak instructor! I was doing a PhD in biological science, but fitness always had a firm place in my heart. I soon realised I wanted to help other women learn to love themselves, look amazing and glow because they can do things they never thought possible 🥰. My aim is to develop bespoke training programs for ladies of ALL abilities, ALL ages and ALL backgrounds. I'll be launching my business on Monday 4th March.   • Ayer hice este banana bread con almond butter que es de los favoritos en mi casa 😎 aunque creo que el horno de mi casa no gusta de mi porque se me volvió a quemar la parte de arriba 🤭🙄 pero bueeeno igual quedó 🔝 Primero mezclas: • 3 bananas • 2 huevos • 1/4 taza de almond butter • 1/4 taza aceite de coco Luego, agregas los ingredientes secos y vuelves a revolver: • 1 taza harina de almendras • 1/4 taza harina de coco • 1 cdta polvo para hornear Lo pasé a un pyrex con aceite de coco y luego le agregué un par de nueces por encima.   • Long run plans for today made a detour with the impending snowstorm. So, we started earlier than initially planned, ran to each other with no set route and together we managed to get in 14-22 miles before the storm. These workouts are NO JOKE! • If you are anything like me and pressed for time to workout, this program will be perfect for you!! I work full time as a pediatric RN, I’m a mom of a 19 month old little boy and I’m a wife. We are constantly on the go, and to be honest I don’t have an hour a day to dedicate to myself regularly. But I do make sure I dedicate 20 minutes a day to me, myself and I. Sometimes it’s in the morning sometimes it’s at night sometimes its during my sons nap time (on the weekends). But that 20 minutes is my time, I owe it to myself. And you owe it to yourself too!! • I feel so much better even after just 20 minutes of working out! I feel good, confident, recharged and ready to go!! I think it is important to give yourself that 20-30 minutes, whether you workout or not. I know this works because I live it, I see the progress and results first hand, and it’s awesome!!! And I know you can do it with just giving yourself 20 minutes a day, just 20 minutes that’s it!!
