  • Hi guys!!! 🤗 Did you know that you can combine certain foods for MAXIMUM benefit? 🤔 . 👉🏼 Here are 3 of those combinations: . 1️⃣ By eating kale (which contains 120% or your daily recommended intake of vitamin C in just a cup) with that drumstick 🍗 (which is a rich source of the building blocks for collagen), you maximize the synthesis of collagen in your own body for healthier joints and skin. 💁‍♀️💁‍♂️ . 2️⃣ By consuming eggs 🍳 or any other fat source with a bowl of dark leafy greens 🥗, you maximize the absorption of fat-soluble compounds in those greens, such as the carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin. (The absorption of these compounds are negligible without a fat source.) . 3️⃣ And raw broccoli🥦 is a powerful source of glucosinolates which combine with an enzyme called myrosinase to create sulforaphane, a powerful gene modulator. Unfortunately, upon heating, the enzyme which is normally found in broccoli is lost. However, you can easily add enzyme back to your cooked broccoli by sprinkling on some mustard powder, which provides myrosinase and increases the bioavailability of sulforaphane more than 4-fold compared to eating cooked broccoli alone. I had a great continuation this week following @dave.asprey and the #bulletproofdiet and intermittent fasting..... the fat teas and coffees certainly help power you through the day whilst your body adjusts to the daily fasting. Again, the only place I know you can have this if you don’t make them at [email protected] @sowandarrow_ In Clevedon where Pauline also teaches! I’d recommend booking on her courses! I am going strong with the #52cookbooksin52weeks with Ferguson Henderson’s nose to tail eating, too.....a round up of that to come tomorrow. These pictures are of my daily breakfasts, juices, lunches that are helping re-kickstart my ketosis. I have also been listening on my daily runs to DA’s #headstrong audio book, second pic along, and it’s fascinating. There is a very strict regime to keep to and I think it will be my book for next week! Full of useful tips, his amazing knowledge and tips on ways in which to help rebuild the damaged parts of my brain.....certainly nothing to lose and with just a little research on the google and you can see the results achieved! I made this yesterday, it’s an activated nut and seed bread and a cup of fat matcha and collagen, then @dave.asprey audio book I’m listening to and a few dishes I’ve had as late lunches including chicken liver pate, cauliflower base, avocado and haloumi pizza 🍕 , then fat #bulletproofcoffee #dragonwater (citrus, cayenne, Hinayan pink salt, warm water)and other bits and bobs. Add this to about two liters of water a day at least! But like I said, apart from a dip in energy about 3pm my skins clearer, mind is clearer, I feel more positive, losing fat and water, so say the scales anyway! And feel completely satiated. Женщинам, с таким типом очень сложно похудеть именно в бедрах, но именно такая фигура считается женственной. ⏳Песочные часы -это пропорциональный Х-образный тип, считается идеалом. 👑 🍓Клубника- массивнее верх, нежели бедра. Схож с образом фитнес-бикини у мужчин.   • My Story : 👋🏾 My Name is Destini Im 25 y/o and my whole life growing up I was always “the fat kid” I would just sit in the house and watch tv while all of my brothers & sisters enjoyed their lives and by time I was 17 (2012) I was sick of it so when a high school friend of mine introduced me to the hcg diet I was all for it, the young me didn’t understand how unhealthy it was, it consisted of taking drops of the hcg hormones 3x a day and only consuming 500 calories no dairy, no starch , no sugar , and the weight DROPPED, I lost close to 100 pounds in less then 5 months, I was on cloud 9 and finally got to enjoy my life at 18 ! And during that time I met the love of my life and YOU GUESSED IT, that relationship weight PILED ON, also in the midst of depression being diagnosed with infertility in 2014 bringing even more weight, then me and my husband got engaged (2016) I was at the heaviest I had ever been and even though it should have been the best time of my life infertility still was taking it’s toll on my life so finally March 1st 2017 I decided god had the last say and no doctor would tell me what I couldn’t do so I started working out 6x a week and watching what I ate and by July 1st I had lost 50 pounds! And July 26th was the best day of my life when I got a positive pregnancy test for the first time ever ! And YUP YOU GUESSED IT AGAIN, healthy eating and exercise went out the window I was eating out every night and eating a large ice cream every other night and not because I was craving it and during my pregnancy I gained every pound back plus more , don’t get me wrong I enjoyed everyday of my miracle pregnancy but I should have taken care of myself better which is why I look so miserable in my 3 month post partum picture 🙁 but this time I’m ready to pick up where I left off I need to do this for not only myself but for my husband and my child, this 300+ pounds of me effects every aspect of my life and I refuse to let it do that anymore 2019 is mine ❤️▶️▶️▶️ swipe to see all pictures, & don’t forget to WATCH THIS TRANSFORMATION! • • • • #weightlossjourney #lowcarb #healthyjourney #excercise #workhard #workout #fit #fitmom #fitbit #infertility #pcos
