Séance avec le club sur piste ! ➡️ Échauffement puis habituels ateliers de PPG pour finir Fraco 12 répétitions 200m à 105% de VMA et 100m de recup ! Avec @salma_k63 et les filles on a tt donné avec une belle régularité 12 répétition entre 50sec et 52sec! Un peu de mal à grappiller les 2 sec de trop au départ puis comme sur des roulettes ! C'était top pour une reprise ! ➡️ Puis after galette des rois et cidre rosé ! 2 rois et pas une seule reine 👑 ➡️ J'avais mis mes manchons @skinssportswear gagnés grâce à @legeeksp0rtif franchement top ! Le mollet hyper stable ! Seconde peau j'avais même oublié qu'ils étaient là ! Hâte de les porter dimanche sur ma cani-course de 15km ☺️ j'ai aussi inauguré mon tee-shirt @douzaleur qui a fait sensation ! Welcome to the #TransformYourSwim 30 day challenge! 30 days, 30 little tips to help you improve your swim - making it easier and/or faster for you to move through the water. Try them in warm ups, cool downs or anywhere in between! . . . . 💣 Day 16 continues on where day 15 left off; today is all about sculling at the midpoint of your stroke, where you have the most leverage and the largest amount of muscle recruitment (similar to 3-4 o clock on a pedal stroke) . . . 💥 2 things to think about - 1) keep your elbows in front of your shoulders, where you can see them. 2) keep your hands and forearms pointing downward. Your elbows can be as low as they need to be depending on your shoulder mobility, as long as the hands are below your elbows nothing else matters. . . . . 🐠 because your hands and forearms press out and in, you should feel resistance/pressure in both directions. If you don't feel like you are getting that power all the time, or you are "grabbing" at the water, try changing the path of your hand movements. . . . . 🐙Remember you can do this with a pull buoy to help keep your body horizontal...Maybe do half a length of sculling, then half full stroke feeling for the power through the middle of each push.
