  • 🎉 ONE person who likes this pic will win my 8-Week HIIT Program 🎉 . Fall may be over, but my love for PUMPKIN PROTEIN PANCAKES (say that five times fast 😆) will never cease. 🤗 . I added some of @micheles_granola’s BRAND SPANKIN’ NEW Almond Butter granola, which gave these ‘cakes the perfect crunch. 👌 (Psst 👂you can now buy this flavor!) . WHAT WENT DOWN: • 1 egg white • 1/4 C @terrasoul organic cassava flour • 1/2 tsp baking powder • 1/2 tsp cinnamon • 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice • 1 scoop @mrm_usa cinnamon bun veggie elite protein 💯 • 3 Tbsp pumpkin purée (not pie filling! 🙊) • splash of almond milk, if needed to thin the batter . Whisk everything together well. Cook in a pan sprayed with @chosenfoods (I use my @unprocessyourfood mini pancake maker to make the cutest, symmetrical ‘cakes 🥰). Top with @micheles_granola CHUNKS and maple syrup/honey. Then do the dang thing. 🍴(These can also be frozen and popped into the toaster when you need ‘em! 😉) . Happy FRIYAY, pumpkins! 😙

ALL i can think about is eating shit, which leads me to eating shit, and then feeling like shit 💩 - i've been able to stay on track with my water and working out but eating wise i've been Way over indulging. like shoving my face with food every two hours for absolutely no reason! - between 5 classes at school and work full time, damn it's been rough! i knew this would happen but no matter how much i've prepared, i keep failing. IM HUMAN! - but as i've said a few days ago, I Will NEVER Give Up! I Will Keep Trying AGAIN Every Day! - because i only truly Fail when i quit! - so if you've been overwhelmed and struggling like me- PLEASE Do Not Give Up On Yourself! You Are Strong!   • Friday calls for a delish, thick slice of APPLE WALNUT BANANA BREAD 🤩🙌🏼🍌🍞🍎 But first, I gotta get through another day of nuclear medicine! 🤯😜 It’s gluten-free, moist, and makes the perfect weekend or week day breakfast/dessert or snack. What are you guys planning on baking this weekend?! I’d love to know ❤️👇🏼HAPPY Friday friends! . . Ingredients: 1.5 cups @bobsredmill almond flour 1/4 cup almond butter 3 bananas 2 eggs (@vitalfarms ) 3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey or monkfruit 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 tablespoon cinnamon ½ cup walnuts 1/2 cup dried apple rings from @traderjoes 2 apples (I used honeycrisps) Directions: Preheat the oven to 350°F, and lightly coat a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, cinnamon and baking powder and set aside. In a separate bowl, mash the bananas, whisk in the almond butter, eggs, honey and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients until combined. Stir in apple rings, sliced apples (I used a spirilizer to get them nice and thin) Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Bake 60-75 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Keep in mind oven times vary. Cool. Drizzle with @maranathanutbutters almond butter 😍

  • Hot Cacao ☕️ 🎄 . . . . It’s Christmas weekend!!!! Everyone’s grabbing last minute gifts, meeting with family and friends, and Christmas music is playing everywhere you go.. I love it!! As we run around during this busy season it’s appropriate to enjoy a cup of hot cocoa.. here I made a super energizing, antioxidant-full homemade hot chocolate drink. 🍫 . . . Cacao & Maca are the two superfoods used in here. I used navitasorganics and sunfood for my superfood powders. Raw cacao powder is full of antioxidants, magnesium and iron! Maca root powder improves energy and overall mood, also beneficial for hormone balance! ⚖️ . . Ingredients: 1-2 cups almond milk, 1 pinch of cinnamon, 2 tbsp. Cacao powder, 1 tsp. Maca powder (you can use more if you want, but strong flavor), 1/2 tsp. Maple syrup, pinch of sea salt, 1/2 tsp. Coconut oil. Directions: Warm the milk on the stove and add superfood powders, coconut oil, maple, and sea salt. Whisk until mixed well. Whisk longer for a little froth.   • Vendredi 18 janvier 2019 Cher journal, Eh toi ! Ça fait longtemps... Les jours passe si vite en ce moment ! Il y a 5 ans que nous attendons ça... De déménagé dans une maison plus graaande !!! Et bah ça y est, nous déménageons le 9 février dans une superbe maison, elle nous conviens parfaitement ! 👌👌 Je suis en pleins cartons et tris dans la maison, c'est le gros dawa ! Mais on ai tellement heureux. Nous déménageons à 25min de là où on habite actuellement, chéri ce rapproche de son travail ! 😁😁 Ça va faire beaucoup de changement pour Maëlys (notre fille), changement de maison et changement d'école, j'espère qu'elle va s'y faire rapidement 😊. Question perte de poid j'ai pas trop le temps de compter mes calories, alors je verrais ça quand on aurai déménagé 😊.   • 🚨Don’t take this personally🚨 - Mid Jan and I’m hearing literally 100s of people talking about how they’ve lost 11lbs, 16lbs + in just over 2 weeks. - First off.... the positives. It’s great that this huge ‘WEIGHT’ drop has motivated you and encouraged you to plough on through the month and stay active. There will even be some ‘FAT’ loss from that ‘WEIGHT’ too. - Let’s be realistic though.... when we say WEIGHT loss, our head tells us that means FAT loss.... doesn’t it? - Unfortunately this isn’t the case. ‘MOST’ of that ‘WEIGHT’ loss has come from glycogen stores and water (which will be replenished shortly, I promise). I know, I know.... not what you wanted to hear. - Now, before anybody takes this as a negative post, my real message is this..... Do not expect lbs to be dropping off and an unrealistic rate. In fact here’s a challenge...! 👉🏻 Ditch the scales and use progress pictures, how clothes fit and how you feel to measure your progress. - 🔥 Learn to track calories. 🔥 Stay active (steps/workouts) 🔥 block the fad diet promoters 🛑 🔥 Drink plenty of water 🔥 DO NOT obsess over weight 🔥 DM me and ask questions if you’re struggling, that’s right 👉🏻 FREE HELP..! - @steveonlinecoach @hybridbootcampleicester #ipreview via @preview.app
