While the price of almond butter is higher than peanut butter, does that mean it’s healthier? Let’s check it out ⤵️⤵️⤵️: - 🔸NUTRITION: - PEANUT BUTTER: Both nut butters are very similar in nutrition but peanut butter does have a slight lead over almond butter in terms of protein content! There are 4g of protein in a TBSP of peanut butter and 3g in almond butter. - ALMOND BUTTER: When it comes to vitamins & minerals, almond butter contains nearly three times as much vitamin E, twice as much iron, and 7x more calcium. This isn’t to say that Peanut butter is necessarily lacking in vitamins & minerals but it simply just doesn’t have as much as almond butter. Almond butter is higher in fiber which helps us feel full faster and aids in digestion. It also has a slightly higher amount of unsaturated fats, which can be considered beneficial for us. - 🔸CALORIES: - Both nut butters are about the same in terms of calories. Roughly one tbsp of all natural peanut or almond butter contains just under 100 cal, so if your main concern is calories, there’s really not much difference. - 🔺Overall, both nut butters have their own advantages. They are quick and easy ways to get your healthy fats in. If you’re not sure, you can alternate between the two! Just remember to choose a nut butter that doesn’t have any added sugar, partially hydrogenated oils or trans fats, or artificial ingredients. The label should have be simple with just one ingredient: “peanuts” or “almonds”.   • Me actually attempting to eat real food, yay! I thought I was on the road to recovery last night & I got hit with another wave of sickness 😞 I had to stay home today which I HATE doing. Unlike most people, I do not like to miss school and can’t stand feeling behind. But hey, sometimes life is like that 🤷🏼‍♀️ Since I haven’t had anything but bread since Saturday I thought I would try and get some protein and healthy sugars in, and so far so good! 😂🍓🍳 Although I still feel terrible, I’m pretty positive I’m on the road to recovery now, thank goodness! 🤩

  • Hai Assalamualaikum semua. . Saja tanya, baru masuk berapa hari persekolahan, ada anak anak yang mengadu da jemu makan di kantin sekolah? . . Dan ada pula kantin yang harga makanannya sedikit mahal, kesiannnn anak anak rasa tak puas makan😢 . . . Apa kata mommies cuba buat serapan simple dan mudah tapi gerenti anak anak suka menu ni. . . Jeng jeng jeng. . . Apa lagi kalau bukan roti sosej. Tapi yang ni spesyel sebab air tangan ibu sendiri. Mesti anak anak bawa bekal ke sekolah dengan rasa happy 😍 . . Sumber : Rasa Online

  • ✔1/7 • вес: 55.8 • питание сегодня: -свекла вареная, хлебец с брынзой -салат(лук маринованный, краб.палочки, ветчина, маринованные огурцы) -тушенная капуста • воды 2 литра нашагала 7750 шагов(вообще цель 10тысяч ежедневно) • вот и прошел первый учебный день после каникул. все не так плохо оказалось. на учебе я стабильно до 16:00, там ничем не перекусываю. как ни странно, голода совсем физически не чувствую. на последней паре просто тяжело, хочется прилечь или прогуляться, но думаю голод тут не при чем 😄 • завтра питьевой. хочу в магазин сходить за супом в кружке который. но чето лень. скорее всего буду пить просто чай/кофе • сейчас делаю дз, на которое было время 3 недели каникул, но я ничего не сделала 🤣, затем маску для лица, планку и спать. • вы так же откладывает все на последний день?😄 •
