  • Kaipuu Aika rientää, syksy tulee, ahdistus painaa, tuuli puree. Mikä neuvoksi, mikä avuksi, muutun itseni kuoreksi. Kuinka jaksan ahertaa, kuinka joka aamu herätä. Kuinka jaksan yhä uudelleen viimeiset voimat kerätä. Mistä saan ilon ja onnen, mistä kiitollisuutta tunnen, kun väsyn ja uuvun liiaksi, muutun velvollisuuksien piiaksi. Tahdon pysäyttää ajan, turvaksi rakentaa majan, jossa voin rauhassa levätä, ehtyneitä voimia kerätä ja itkeä surun pois. Ei ole aikaa pysähtyä, keskellä melua ja häslinkiä. Yritän perässä pysyä, itseäni eteenpäin sysiä, omien voimieni ohi. Väsyn, enkä jaksa hymyillä. Koitan katseilta lymyillä, omassa rauhassa, kuulokkeet päässä, kuljen harmaassa säässä. Mon moral est au top , malgré quelques coupures 😓... je suis un peu déçue de moi , je m’étais promis d’arrêter ... . Hier soir j’ai mangé un repas qui me convenait je me sentais à l’aise avec l’idée de le manger mais j’ai tellement paniqué à l’idée de faire mal , de pas manger assez , ou alors trop. Qu’au final j’étais totalement perdue, qu’à la fin de mon repas je suis aller vomir. Mais ma super amie alix ❤️(@honey._moon10 ) m’a réconforté ! C’est tellement agréable d’avoir une personne sur qui compter. Je souhaite à tout le monde d’avoir une amie, un proche à qui vous pouvez faire confiance. . Aujourd’hui, je me dis aller je vais me priver ( mauvaise tratégie je le savais dès le départ ...) ce matin , panique à bord et repas pour me remplir.. je finis écoeuré et même pas satisfaite, j’ai un gros problème avec la satieté ... 😓soit je la ressens j’ai mangé deux pates , soit elle ne vient jamais ce qui n’est pas très pratique, et agréable à vivre. Ce midi , je mange, j’essaie de vomir mais au dernier moment je décide que non ce n’est pas un bonne solution ! Je suis contente de cette victoire. Bien sur après j’ai culpabilisé mais bon j’ai besoin d’énergie pour rester concentrer en cours. Et là au goûter , j’hésite si j’en prends un ou pas , ma mère insiste alors je me lance. Et je suis fière de moi. Car même si la journée n’a pas été facile , j’ai eu pleins de petites victoires 😋( et elle n’est pas fini) . . A phrase made up by the media, saying it’s the most depressing day of the year...I certainly don’t feel depressed or sad today more than any other day, that’s because I’m not a sheep and won’t be told when I should be feeling unhappy! Blue Monday makes a mockery of genuine people that suffer with mental health problems; for these people suffer every day, they don’t have a special day made up for them by the media... If you know anyone that’s genuinely been feeling down in the dumps, a simple text/tweet/DM maybe just what they need or throw caution to the wind and actually SPEAK to some one, either on the phone or in person.... But an even langer number of us are dealing with mild depressive symptoms that are not severe enough to meet the diagnostic criteria for clincal depression, but are still cause pain and havroc in your life. Luckily, research shows that following self-help strategies can reduce mild depressive symptoms. Here’s what you can do to beat the blues: ✨1. Keep your stress levels in check. Break the vicious cycle of stress and depression by searching for better ways to deal with daily hassles. ✨2. Feed your brain. Eat more omega 3 fatty acids and less refined carbs to stabilize your mood. ✨3. Prevent overthinking. Get out of your head and work with your hands to avoid rumination. ✨4. Keep moving. Exercise is a powerful tool to cope with mild depression. ✨5. Look at the bright side of life: safely expose yourself to sunlight each day or try light therapy. ✨6.
