The Tiki Palace party mansion was built in Chattanooga, Tennessee in 1972 by strip-club tycoon Bully Hull. A Playboy bunny shaped swimming pool just off the main entrance is the focus of the 5,600 sq foot 3-bedroom mansion.
The Tiki Palace mansion fell into disrepair when its owner was nicked for income tax evasion. He was later convicted of hiring an assassin to kill his wife's lover, a crime which landed him a 20-year prison sentence.
Recently the mansion has been ravaged by vandals who have smashed its interior which had remained almost intact since Tiki Palace would host parties in the 70's and 80's.

It has been almost 3 months now since I moved out of my home in midtown Sac. I can’t express enough how much weight has been lifted off my shoulders. How I feel different inside and how it has reflected outside. It was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. The next three posts are going to talk about that experience I had. But I fear it may offend some people if I get my message misinterpreted. My intent is to not offend or vilify anyone. But how do you write an experience without people imply it to either themselves or mutual people we know? I can only talk about my experience and how it was a pivotal time for me. How it changed me and how I broke away from that hell. When I’m done with the next three posts, I no longer want to talk about it. I learnt from it and I put it in its place. But I feel like writing about it sets it in stone for me that it did happen, and now I am free.

Gabe had his heart set on Kendra way back in 2014 but it took Kendra a little longer to take the plunge. I remember when Kendra told me that Gabe asked her out - "I'm not sure how I feel," she admitted. But over time, we all watched Gabe woo her, post poems about her on Facebook, support her, and I think he succeeded in winning her over, heart and soul. Can't wait for their wedding this year!
They were down to shoot an informal styled session last weekend and I DIED at how cute and silly they were, laughing as they tried to pose along the cliffs of Spitting Caves. I even gave Gabe a napkin to blot Kendra's face between shots, which he did diligently. 💪👍
