Une activité avec un peu plus de complexité que d'habitude . Il en faut un peu de temps en temps . Les sortir de leur zone de confort ( on peut être très surpris parfois 👌👍. ) Alors , Little B à essayer de comprendre le fonctionnement du tableau à double entrée ( trouver sur internet ) , avec l'aide un exemple bien entendu ! Associés les couleurs et les formes ce n'ai pas forcément très simple mais c'est tout de même amusant lorsqu'ils finissent pas comprendre . Un jeu de concentration et de réflexion . Quelques minutes de calme, si votre enfant à accroché à l'activité et ne veux plus s'arrêter 🤗. Performance can show everything..... I can't even keep a steady pace for 5km, but have to slow down after 3km.   • S-l-o-w practice....this is what 3 days of grade 8 practice looks like for me... it's slow going, but I'm trying to remind myself I've only been playing the harp for just over 2 years...and this is grade 8 therefore by definition it's difficult!! (You can tell how hard I'm concentrating by my silly facial expressions!) I'm very hard on myself generally - the extent of which I've only recently come to realise, as silly as that may sound. I'm trying to get better at looking at the good things I can do and not just focusing on my weaknesses...or expecting myself to get something straight away and for it to be perfect and then berating myself when I don't measure up to the bar I think I should be at. So focusing on the good stuff - this is the whole first page of a grade 8 piece and I can just about wrap my fingers around it and I've memorised it....yay! #practicemakesprogress #dontbetoohardonyourself #bekind #grade8 #silverlinings #harp #rapsodyinblue #gershwin #slowpractice #concentration #concentrationface #selfcare #yay
