When you are fully present in the NOW you can arrive fully HERE.
HERE and NOW go hand and hand in experiencing this moment.
HERE is everywhere, and nowhere. It is where you ARE.
It is not the collection of thoughts about this place.
Open your eyes... what do you see? HERE is all around you. Nothing you see is at rest... science tells us that the fundamental elements that make up every thing are moving... vibrating at an astounding rate.
Your body is riding a rock flinging through space at a sound speeds. The rotation of the Earth, the orbit around the sun, the soloar system’s movement in the universe, the wheel of galaxy, swirling in the vast dance of the cosmos... the dust in a shaft of light in your room... the table, the floor... your lungs, your eyes... everything vibrating at different frequencies.
It is all HERE.
Most all the time you are not fully here. You are most in your mind. A whirling drunken monkey riding around behind your awareness. He has the keys to your vehicle and drives every action that is not done with pure awareness. See his thought move through your mind. Let those thoughts come and then go. Our practice is to experience the gaps in those thoughts. In those spaces is the NOW... and NOW happens HERE.
Arrive HERE. Stay HERE. It is more difficult than one is led to believe, and is an easy as a breath.
Who is it that arrives HERE? .
The transition of Prince Louis from the first time we saw him on 23rd April, 2018 to the latest Cambridge family picture. 😀
Look at the change...he's only got more adorable!!! 😍💙 1. New born baby Louis being introduced to the world.
2. 9 days old Louis clicked at home.
3. 2 months old Louis on his Christening.
4. 5 months old Louis clicked for his Grandpa Wales' birthday portrait.
5. 7 months old Louis for his family's Christmas card. 🤗

Quite contemplative this week, and it might be due to a couple of days out of the dog’s year or just the jaded mood that adulthood brings towards this season. To be quite forward, most thoughts are about how askew the views are about Yule, where everything feels and looks like who’s got the best gift and the pressure of giving when there are A LOT that needs more important things than these frivolities. And how the act of giving out of thought, and not of materialism has been viewed as (for the lack of better term) kuripot. How did everyone came to this view? And thought of it to be correct?
In a lighter news, Amy did a double take on me (she was supposed to be fixed but managed to surprise me by another litter) Ellie is so giddy to see another set of babies aside from herself. Growing these kittens out and will be re-home thanks to my friends and family. #AmyTheCatAdventures
