Biggest indoor dyno you’ve ever seen??
Definitely one of the biggest I have ever seen indoor, but outdoor I’ve probably seen bigger.
I just want to give a huge shoutout to @boulderhallesalzburg they are one of my favorite climbing gyms to follow because they post really creative and set some amazing boulders! .
Commit is HUGELY important with dynos if you don’t commit to the move you will probably not stick the move. When you commit 100% there’s a good chance you’ll stick the jump even if you don’t hit the hold perfectly! You gotta want to stick it otherwise you won’t
I've been floating in a glow all day, yesterday, for the first time in like 3 months I was able to crimp again with both hands! Was definitely a magical moment when I realized I was able to pull and trust in my fingers without having any pain 😍😍 hopefully after some more rehab I'll be able to pull as hard as I am in this picture 😏🙏 On another note, feeling so so grateful for the friends in my life. It has been crazy 4 days in the Utah dessert, trying to get immersed into crack climbing game. I love getting into the new climbing area, new landscape and most importantly climb something that is not even close be being similar to what I have done before. Getting out of my comfort zone can be tough, but it is incredibly satisfying in the end when you see some progression.
The dessert treated us well. I absolutely loved it and hoping to be back one day.

Entrenamiento bajo restricción del flujo sanguíneo (parte II)
Como decía @joselopezchicharro uno de los máximos referentes en fisiología del ejercicio, con el que he tenido el placer de charlar estos días "hay que experimentar nuevos métodos en uno mismo, es lo bonito de las ciencias del entrenamiento".
Pues bien, sigo con el experimento después de las primeras mediciones (momento crítico): 0,5cm de diferencia en 2 semanas en el perímetro del antebrazo esta mañana en reposo, y hoy aumento el volumen tras las buenas sensaciones.
La restricción actualmente es de aprox. 5/6 sobre 10 (escala percibida) como recomienda la literatura científica existente al respecto, llevando un incremento de intensidad y volumen progresivos. Lo óptimo sería trabajar con un manguito, pero es lo que hay...de momento, jajaja
