Now it’s time to cut down, my plan is to be doing HIIT 2x a week, a full body workout 1x a week, and booty workout 1x a week. When starting out with your workout plans, start small! Start with ONE goal so you don’t overwhelm yourself, and make your goal about the action, not the result. It’s much more effective to set a goal of going to the gym 2x per week than losing 2 pounds or inches per week. Actions will always lead to results so let’s focus on that! 😘

  • Die leckerste PROTEIN-PIZZA aller Zeiten 🤤🍕😍 Ich bin so begeistert und werde ab sofort öfter diese Variante machen 😎👌🏻 Danke fürs Rezept an meine Cousinchen @sabi_bon_bon & @dianochka_05 (я вас люблю 💋) ⠀ Und so geht’s: ⠀ ✅ 500 g Hähnchenbrustfilet zum Hackfleisch machen (oder so kaufen. Ich habe es im #thermomix zerkleinert) und mit 3 Eier, etwas Salz und 1 TL Paprika Edelsüß vermengen ⠀ ✅ Masse dünn auf einem Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen und bei 200° (Ober-Unterhitze) ca. 15 Minuten goldbraun backen ⠀ ✅ Während dessen Sauce zubereiten: 150 g Sauere Sahne (10 %) mit 2-3 EL Sojasauce vermengen. Parallel in einer Pfanne Championsscheiben mit etwas Zwiebeln kurz anbraten, salzen ⠀ ✅ Pizzaboden herausnehmen und mit der Sauce bestreichen. Mit Tomaten, angebratenen Champignons, Paprika und allem was das Herz begehrt belegen und etwas Käse drüber streuen. To make, I mixed together some Greek yogurt with a drizzle of olive oil, a dash of salt, pepper, and garlic powder and a little bit of fresh dill. . To get my eggs like that, I bring water to a boil. Add the eggs to the pot and boil for 6 min. Then transfer eggs to a bowl of ice water and let cool. They should peel super easily!

  • Vegetarian Grechaniki- Hi Everyone! Today I cook Ukrainian traditional dish, Grechaniki, but without meat. If you are a meat lover, you can add raw minced meat. So we will need 2 cups of boiled buckwheat - 2 eggs - some greens (I prefer spinach and parsley) -1 onion / 1 clove of garlic - vegetables (500g mushrooms, 1 piece carrot, some cauliflower). Fry onion, garlic, carrots, cauliflower, mushrooms and greens in coconut oil. Add salt / pepper to taste. Stew it on low heat for 20 minutes. Mix it in a mixer. Grind buckwheat too, add eggs and vegetable puree. Mix it together. Form "patties" of the mass. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees, but you can also fry on both sides in a pan. Served in tomato sauce. But I prefer just with salad. I advise you to experiment with different vegetables, like zucchini, cabbage, beets, pumpkin ... and so on. This is my top dish! I love buckwheat! Bon appetite! ру: Гречаники без мяса- Привет Всем! Сегодня я готовлю украинское традициональное блюдо - гречаники, только без фарша. Это мое топ блюдо! Я обожаю гречку! Нам понадобятся: 2 стакана вареной гречки- 2 яйца- немного зелени (я предпочитаю шпинат и петрушку)-1 лук/ 1 зубчик чеснока- овощи (500г грибов, 1 шт морковь, немного цветной капусты). Перемалываем гречку. На кокосовом масле жарим лук, чеснок, морковь, цветную капусту, грибы и зелень. Добавляем соль/перец по вкусу. Тушим на маленьком огне 20 минут. После этого все измельчаем в миксере. Также перемалываем гречку, добавляем яйца и овощное пюре. Все перемешиваем. Из массы формируем «котлетки». Готовить в духовке 20 мин на 200 градусах, но можно и поджарить с двух сторон на сковороде. Любители мяса могут добавить сырой фарш в эту массу перед жаркой. Подают в томатном соусе. Но я предпочитаю просто с салатом. Советую эксперементировать с разными овощами, такими как цукини, капуста, свекла, тыква и тд. Start small and when you've conquered that aspect, move onto something else!   • Let’s talk sleep! The number one help for sleep....are you ready for it? It may surprise you! It’s the SUN! That’s right. We have an artificial light epidemic in our country. We wake up by an artificial alarm, turn on our artificial lights and then go to another building with artificial lights. Sit there all day (sit, not move) and then come home after dark with more artificial lights, including our phones which emit BLUE light which keeps our cortisol high and our melatonin suppressed. It’s a vicious circle. Ever wonder why you feel so great when you go to the beach on vacation? MAGNESIUM from the ocean salt and the SUNshine all day long. We were created to be in the sun and not fear it. There’s literally nothing to fear about it. Everything you’ve been taught is based on greed and corruption. Did you know that sunscreen has actually been proven to cause skin cancer, NOT the sun? But back to why the sun helps sleep. We have certain receptors in our eyes that when it sees the sun within an hour of waking up, having the sunlight beam on your face even for 10-20 minutes, allows your cortisol which is controlled mostly by your circadian rhythm, to spike as it should. Around 8-10am is when it spikes and then SHOULD gradually decrease steadily until it gets dark outside and your melatonin actually increases which makes you sleepy. So getting that morning sun allows your body to sleep better and more deeply that night! Your melatonin production also helps dictate your SEROTONIN production which we all know is our happy hormone. The same is true for the evening, getting the evening sun at sunset further tells your circadian rhythm, which tells your melatonin to increase which helps you fall asleep and stay asleep until the next morning. Limiting blue light after sundown is important too. But the SUN is your friend. Use it to your advantage! 💙 Happy Sunning friends (getting in the sun for 10-20 min in the morning and at sunset!) ☀️

  • From @equalution with ・・・ LET'S TALK MAKING FRIENDS WITH FOOD 👉🏼 In the dieting world a restricted Mon-Fri and blow out Sat-Sun pattern is a common vicious cycle 🔄 & indicates a poor relationship with food. Essentially dieters consider food in two categories either 'good' or 'bad' & anything falling into the ‘bad’ category is usually what is consumed in uncontrolled portions when the diet is too restrictive!  If you’re a dieter that’s scared of food, remember any one food does NOT cause weight gain! Let us break down the science, quite simply if you want to: 🔘LOSE weight you need to be in a calorie deficit (eating less then you're expending energy wise). 🔘GAIN weight then you need to be in a calorie surplus (eating more than you're expending energy wise). 🔘MAINTAIN your weight then you need to be consuming the same energy (calories) as your Total Daily Energy Expenditure - which is what you burn on a daily basis inclusive of your activity. So STOP categorising your food & START loving it again! Top tips for achieving your goals: ✅ Make sure you get enough protein ✅ Make sure you get enough fiber (you should aim for 15g per 1000 calories) ✅ If you’re aiming for a deficit select lean cut meats & low fat dairy; for weight gain select the alternative ✅ For fat loss keep active so you’re increasing your total daily energy burn; for muscle gain engage in a strength & conditioning program which focuses on muscle development ✅ Different food choices will alter the calorie intake of your meals so be mindful & conscious of calorie intake In its best practice flexible dieting is 80% nutrient dense food and 20% food for the soul, so you can have your cake and eat it too. La cité, située dans l'actuelle Turquie, appartenait à l'Empire romain au début de l'ère chrétienne et accueillait donc des combats de gladiateurs, au sein d'un amphithéâtre. Haricots et blé, bon appétit. Les os ont parlé : les gladiateurs mangeaient essentiellement du blé, de l'orge et des haricots. Ce qui vient confirmer les écrits d'auteurs de l'époque qui surnommaient les combattants des arènes les "mangeurs d'orge". Leur régime alimentaire comportait aussi quelques produits laitiers mais à beaucoup plus faible dose. Seuls deux gladiateurs sur les 22 semblent avoir mangé de manière importante de la viande. Comparé au régime alimentaire suivi par les habitants d’Éphèse à la même époque, il semblerait que les gladiateurs n'avaient pas de nourriture particulière adaptée à leur "travail" très physique. Des boissons à … la cendre. Les os ont aussi révélé que les gladiateurs buvaient une boisson fabriquée à base de cendres de plantes, qui leur permettait de récupérer après leurs séances de combat et d'accélérer la guérison d'os cassé.  Pour Fabian Kanz du département de médecine légale de l'université de Vienne, boire des cendres s'apparenterait aujourd'hui à nos prises "de calcium et de magnésium, sous forme de comprimés effervescents, suite à un effort physique". Il est l'une des plus grandes œuvres de l'architecture et de l'ingénierie romaines. Sa construction, juste à l'est du Forum Romain, a commencé entre 70 et 72 ap. J.-C., sous l'empereur Vespasien, et s'est achevée en 80 sous Titus. D'autres modifications ont ensuite été apportées au cours du règne de Domitien (81-96). These aren't in that bowl lol, but are coming in some next ones. :) . #whatsonmyplate : salad leaves, couscous, asparagus, green beans, half an avocado, one boiled egg. Lemon juice, pink himalayan salt, pepper. 👌🏻🤗 . I wish you a beautiful day full of good vibes. 💚⭐️ . 🇫🇷 Les légumes verts pour la victoire 💚🥙 . J'ai jamais aimé les légumes étant petite, maintenant j'aime bien. Ça fait du bien 💚 Et vous, vous mangez beaucoup de vert? 🙋🏻 . Dans mon assiette : mâche, graines de couscous, asperges, haricots verts, un demi avocat, un oeuf dur. 😍🤗 Jus de citron, sel rose d'himalaya, poivre. . Encore une fois, facile et rapide à faire! .
