Cook the corn by boiling it in water 2. Remove the kernels and grind half of them to paste 3. In a wide pan, heat butter. Add the remaining corn, salt & pepper and mix well 4. Now add some water, ground corn paste and mix. Close and cook. 5. Add diluted corn flour and cook till it becomes creamy in consistency 6. In a pan, add oil, garlic, spring onions, carrot, beans, cabbage, celery and mix well till half cooked. 7. Add salt, pepper and water. close and cook the vegetables 8. Now add the creamy corn and cook till it boils 9. Add spring onions and diluted corn flour again and cook till its thick in consistency. Done!

  • Noodle Burrito Ingredients: For the wrap 2 courgettes (zucchini) 3 large tomatoes 6 sundried tomatoes, washed 6-8 semi apricots 1 tsp garlic granules 1 tsp olive oil For the filling ½ small celeriac (celery root), Peeled 2 tbsp puy lentils, cooked Mint leaves, chopped to Garnish Method: Preheat the oven to 10°C/225°F/Gas mark ¼, leaving the oven door slightly ajar. Spiralize the courgettes (zucchini) then set aside in a bowl, retaining the courgette cores. Place the remaining wrap ingredients, along with courgette cores, in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the sauce over the noodles and, using your hands, mix thoroughly to coat. Line a large baking sheet with greaseproof (waxed) paper and tip the noodles on to the sheet. Spread the noodles to make a 30-cm/12-in round. The wrap should be very thin as it will be rolled after cooking. Transfer to the oven and cook for 3 hours, flipping the wrap by inverting on to another baking sheet half way through. When cooked, the wrap should have an almost rubbery consistency that allows it to be rolled without cracking. Overlooking will make it crisp, meaning it will crack when you try to roll it. Meanwhile, spiralize the celeriac (celery root) then place noodles in a food processor. Pulse to create a fine rice, then set aside. To assemble, lay the wrap out flat and spoon the rice and puy lentils into the centre. Carefully roll the wrap into a tight cylinder and slice in half. I know it’s just the beginning but I can already feel so many amazing benefits. . My energy levels are much higher, brain fog is significantly reduced, my skin is softer, my anxiety is almost gone, I feel motivated again, I feel happy again!! . Just a few months ago I was in a state of desperation. I had suffered with back to back sinus infections and fatigue that could knock me down with a feather. I was working 50 hours a week, stress was becoming a lifestyle. My relationships suffered and I was at my wits end. Doctors were no help, they just kept giving me antibiotics and telling me to use Flonase. Believe me I had tried every OTC med on the shelf. I even had to take a personal leave from work because I just couldn’t do it anymore. . Finally I started searching for other answers. I’d always been drawn to the holistic approach to medicine.   • Let a talk celery!! I cannot stand the taste of it, not one little bit. But it is full of health benefits. For a while I was adding it to a green juice along with cucumber, lemon and ginger and sometimes spinach. I need the taste to be masked. I'm going to try drinking it straight but if I just can't get over the taste, I'll be adding lemon and ginger to mask the flavour. I'd love to hear your thoughts on celery/celery juice.
