  • @breannabutts All you see in these pictures are the physical changes, what you don’t see are the mental changes and in my opinion that’s the most Important part. I don’t think people realize how much your weight can effect your everyday life. When I started this journey I was in a really bad place, I was trying so hard to help the people around me and to always make sure they were happy. While doing so I had forgotten to take care of myself.. I was at an all time low and honestly I hadn’t even realized it. The day i started to put myself before anyone else, and take care of myself was the day that my journey truly started. Self love is the most important thing and I wish more people talked about it. Stop comparing yourself to others, if you don’t like what you see then change it but you have to be the one to make all those changes, no ones going to do it for you. All I’m saying is just remember to love yourself because whether you believe it or not you’re fucking amazing 💪🏼👏🏼
