  • Jak każdy normalny człowiek miewam "ciężkie dni". Dni, w których nie chce mi się ruszyć palcem. I wtedy właśnie przypominam sobie co robiłem, zanim zacząłem ćwiczyć. Przypominam sobie gdzie byłem, jak spędzałem czas. Rzeczy, które sprawiały mi wtedy przyjemność to wyjście na miasto z kolegami by wypić kilka piw i kieliszków - tylko po to by osiągnąć stan, w którym świadomość czynu była znikoma. Teraz myśl jak bardzo bezczynny wtedy byłem, daje mi motywację do działania! Dziś jestem człowiekiem świadomym swojej drogi, wiem dokąd zmierzam. Bycie lepszą wersją siebie nie jest wbrew pozorom proste, bo trzeba się ciężko napracować, żeby z czystym sumieniem móc stanąć przed lustrem i samemu sobie pogratulować! Nie żałuję niczego! Każdy uczy się na własnych błędach, ale dziś wiem że niezależnie od podjętych przeze mnie decyzji te decyzje są moje!   • TECHNIQUE! lift as heavy as you like but if you aren't using the correct form you won't see the results plus injure yourself in the process. I'm currently focussing on my form before moving onto a bar to squat as I really struggle with keeping my back straight. Definitely getting there though!
