#NoFilter ... I've never had a thin waist, or a tapered waist, or much of a waist at all. As soon as I start gaining weight, it becomes very obvious in clothes and around my belt line. And yes, I realize that I am in better shape than some, and in worse shape than some, but this is not my normal.
On top of eating everything but the dang table during our cruise and Christmas break, I haven't trained at all in nearly two weeks. Been super busy, gets dark too early, too tired, blah blah blah. Whatever, man. "Excuses sound best to the person who's making them."
I got up 30 minutes early this morning and did 100 burpees and a little bit of ab work. Will one workout get my body back to where I'd like it to be? No. Do I feel better physically right now? Also no. Did my bulldog join me for moral support? Third no. Am I going to do this again tomorrow morning? One hundred percent. Unhappy with something? Put in the work to change it.
