Scrambled eggs with scallions and garlicky mushrooms both cooked in ghee with half an avocado and a slice of cheesy toasted garlic sourdough with tomato and Parmesan cheese.   • We asked Toni about her favourite breakfast: “I try to have a healthy breakfast most days, although I admit I do love a full cooked breakfast from time to time! I’m lactose intolerant, but these days there are so many dairy alternatives out there it’s easy for me to make breakfast using soya milk or lactose-free yoghurt. I have Weetabix, soya milk and berries for a quick breakfast, and when I’ve got time I either do overnight oats with soya milk or make oat granola and have that with yoghurt.” Watch the video of Toni's interview this Thursday. Here’s how to make a really simple crunchy oat granola: MAKES 6 SERVINGS INGREDIENTS 275g rolled oats 3 tbsp brown sugar 6 tbsp coconut oil (melted if solid) 5 tbsp honey 1 egg white METHOD Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C and grease a large, rimmed baking tray. Mix the oats and brown sugar together in one bowl, and whisk the other ingredients together in a separate bowl. Once the wet ingredients are fully combined, pour them over the oats and stir until the oats are evenly coated. Spread the mixture over the baking tray and cook for 30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until the oats look lightly toasted. Leave the granola to cool on the baking tray, break up any large lumps then transfer the mixture to an airtight container for up to 1 week! This is a really good basic recipe, and you can substitute up to half of the oats with other ingredients, such as seeds, nuts, or dried coconut.   • - 📍 Oslo, Norway 🇳🇴 👅 Today's Fish - Halibut 💸 229 NOK 🍽 I can't claim to know much about fish but the most frequent kind of fish I've had so far, might just possibly be halibut (and cod and salmon)! The halibut was cooked very nicely, still tender on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside with a drizzle of balsamic sauce. My friends loved the bed of cabbage although I personally wasn't a fan. This dish was well above average, but if you were to visit Fiskeriet just once, I'd recommend you try some of the more flavourful dishes since halibuts in themselves aren't the strongest tasting seafood - you'd probably want to go with salmon or mussels instead! 👩🏻‍⚖️ Hilary says DEPENDS - this should be your 2nd choice after the salmon/mussels

  • No witam, tutaj wasz włoski kucharz Głoddio. Dziś będzie ciężko, tłusto i ostro - Głoddio Prima Colazione - czyli idealnie na kaca lub śniadanie (oraz o jajecznicy trochę inaczej). Jako, że ograniczam mocno spożywanie mięsa będzie też bezmięsnie (i chyba zostanie tak na zawsze bo sam sobie nie gotuję mięsnie). Także lecimy, składniki: jajka z wioski a nie gówno ze sklepu (jak potrzebujecie namiar to pm), pomidory puszka, natka pietruszki, suszone grzyby od mamy, czosnek, papryki ostre, masło, serek Ostrowia jogurtowy (może być też ser mascarpone), masło, sos Piri Piri (dla odważnych), bazylia i przyprawy (sól, pieprz, cukier) oraz ostry nóż. Papryki kroimy w plasterki, czosnek siekamy w miarę drobno, grzyby rozdrabniamy. Natkę pietruszki siekamy w całości z łodygą. Na patelni rozgrzewamy kilka kropel oleju. Smażymy pokrojony shit, solimy delikatnie, żeby się "spocił", jak zmięknie to wlewamy pół puszki pomidoxów, dodajemy porządną garść liści bazylii i dwie łyżeczki serka. Wsypujemy szczyptę cukru (dla zbicia kwasu z pomidorów), dosalamy, dodajemy pieprzu, grzejemy i odkładamy na bok, odważni mogą dolać sosu Piri Piri, ale te 3 papryczki chili to wystarczający płomień. Bierzemy RONDEL (nie patelnię), dajemy do niego jajka, 1/3 kostki masła i dajemy na mały ogień. Kiedy jajka zaczynają się ścinać zaczynamy mieszać całość szpatułą. No i tak mieszamy aż jajecznica złapie żądaną mega kremową fakturę. Ważne, żeby wyczuwać moment ścinania się jajek na dnie rondla. Wtedy ściągamy rondel z ognia i po kilkunastu sekundach kontynuujemy proces. Nie przyśpieszamy smażenia zwiększając ogień bo to się po prostu nie uda (albo i uda a ja tego nie wiem). Jajecznicę solimy na talerzu ponieważ inaczej zrobi się leista. Do tego wszystkiego lecą grzanki - chleb tostowy smażony na maśle na bardzo małym ogniu. Czemu akurat wymyślony z dupy wzięty przepis? Ano dlatego, że szewc bez butów chodzi. Osobiście często jako jedyny posiłek w ciągu dnia jem śniadanie bo w pracy nie mam na to czasu. Taki posiłek spokojnie pozwala mi nie myśleć o jedzeniu przez kolejne 7-8 godzin. Jajecznica z taką ilością masła długo leży na żołądku i spokojnie może służyć jako mazidło do chleba. Smacznego!

One of these breakfast options I found is the new YQ by Yoplait that can be found exclusively at Kroger stores. It is packed with 15g of protein and is available in 9 flavors. I have been eating the Raspberry flavor, but the coconut is going to be my next purchase! I love coconut flavoring. Do you have a 2019 goal that has to do with eating healthy or working out? Y si, me abandonan de nuevo jaja 😅 pero bueno tengo que estudiar y además no me gusta el lugar a donde van, bah ya lo conozco y es medio aburrido para mi gusto 👉👈 pero a ellos les encanta y los relaja mucho asi que deseo que la pasen lindo 😊. En fin, ahora los dejo con la recetita de un 🌻🌻BUDÍN INTEGRAL DE ALGARROBA🌻🌻 que hicé hoy y me dejo fascinada por su sabor y esponjosidad, fue un 10 de 10 jaja 😁. • • • • INGREDIENTES: 🌻200 grs. de harina integral 🌻100 grs. de harina de algarroba 🌻2 huevos 🌻200 ml. de leche descremada 🌻50 ml. de aceite vegetal 🌻1 cdita. de esencia de vainilla 🌻1 cdita. de polvo para hornear 🌻1/2 cdita. de bicarbonato de sodio (opcional) 🌻Endulzante al gusto (como siempre yo usé 10 sobrecitos de Stevia @_hileret) PASO A PASO: ▪En un bowl batimos los huevos junto con el endulzante, luego añadimos, el aceite, la esencia y mezclamos bien todo. ▪En un recipiente aparte mezclaremos los ingredientes secos es decir, ñas harinas, el polvo y el bicarbonato. ▪Ahora añadimos la mezcla seca (la de las harinas) a la líquida (la de los huevos) intercalandola en varias tandas con la leche. ▪Una vez que tenemos una mezcla totalmente homogénea la vertimos en un molde previamente engrasado y horneamos a temperatura media durante 30-35 minutos... ¡Listo! El olorcito de este budín es incomparable 😋 ¡Disfrutenlo! 💕

However I have changed the way i think about my personal goal in end of 2017 and it has worked out well for my 2018's result which i focused mainly to work to make myself feel comfortable in wearing sport bra at the gym rather on what on the scale. - This year i want to fix my Freshie English, to learn to speak slowly , clearer English and presentation skill. I always hate my voice, i would never replayed any video with my voice. As you can see in this video, i were the demonstrator but so lack of confident for any commentating. Thanks to @benjennings_pt sexy voice 😜 for the work - Meanwhile this video is for mobility tuesday, we should involve some spinal articulation work and hip opener in our daily routine.
