Mental health/anxiety/depression really has a mind of its own. Don’t just check on your “strong” friends. Give them a call for 15 minutes, a quick text telling them how grateful you are of them and how much you care for them, letting them know their effort is enough and baby steps are okay. We are all “okay,” on social media until it’s time to face what being okay is. ❤️
