“No, most of us don’t need more sleep. It’s our souls that are tired, not our bodies. We need nature. We need magic. We need adventure. We need freedom. We need truth. We need stillness. We don’t need more sleep, we need to wake up and live.”
Open the blinds to your life and get after it every single day. Take responsibility of your choices and accept that where you are in life at this very moment is due to all your choices leading up to now. .
Some of us sleepwalk through life and are in reaction mode to everything that happens TO us. We need to flip that and be putting things in action and take complete control of life. There are so many choices to make every single day, each one leading you down a different path. Be conscious of the choices you’re making and make sure they’re in alignment with the person you want to be and the life you want to live. You’re the creator and you can either let life control you until you’re at the end of it full of regret, or you can wake the hell up and become the person you know deep down inside you were meant to be. Let go of all your excuses and all the reasons that are keeping you asleep. #wakeup and create something beautiful with your life. .

Isn't he just stunning💖 Found a feather last night around midnight out the front. Haven't heard or seen him in a while and I was so worried something happened to him. This morning enjoying my cup of tea, filled with worry, and he pops his head round the corner🦚
"Everything is so beautiful when you stop looking for flaws"
Isn't this just so true? So many of us go through life picking out the flaws in everything from our physical selves, our lives, other people and the world in general. How can we possibly see the true beauty in anything if all we search for is the negative in everything? #positivevibes#beautifullife#reallife
Life’s most persistent & urgent question is: What are you doing for others?
-Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
I saw this quote this morning and it really got my heart, mind and soul turning.
What am I doing to help others?
How can I be of service to others?
What are my gifts?
Then after lunch with my husband, it struck me like a lighting…
My story is my GIFT.
We all have a story & every story is powerful!
So I will share my stories - the good, bad and ugly.
There is ugly, dark ugly stories that I want to bury.
Ugly stories that I will have to reach deep down in my soul to share.
The kind of stories that may make me cry, smh and then I will have to learn to forgive myself for those mistakes.
My journey to self love.
To share my stories, I am praying it will give hope to someone, anyone and even if it’s just one person… it’s worth sharing.
I want to share, teach and grow together. To build a community of like minded ladies who encourage and not discourage.
That is my dream for our lives - to inspire hope, love and compassion. #sharethelove#sunsetbeach#mlk#mystory
