You can't deal with the stress.
You feel lazy, weak, and not driven.

It's called being human.
As humans, we're always looking for the next solution to our problems.
However, what no one ever tells you is that the minute you find a solution, you only create new problems.
For example, maybe your problem is that you need to make money to afford going out on a date. Well once you have the money, you've solved the initial problem but now you have a new problem - where do I go on a date and who do I go with?
There's no solution to life. Life is a complexity of problems and there's no quick fix pill.
HERE'S WHAT'S IMPORTANT
How you deal with these problems. When playing the game of life, why let these inevitable issues emotionally effect you. You can't change the reality of life so you might as well change your mentality. In knowing that all these problems exist regardless, why let them effect your happiness?
I'm overwhelmed being back in the US and being back in Los Angeles specifically. I need to find a new apartment, a car (or motorcycle), office space. I've lost so much strength and so many skills in my physical abilities. I need to launch my new program(s) and build out my business. I have a million friends to catch up with... Even as I write this I start to feel bombarded and stressed. Now there's two options to deal with this..
Option A) Complain, sulk, give in to the stress and sink to the bottom
Option B) Focus on completing just one simple task from my list. Then move on to the next and so on and so forth. Stay focused on the outcome of finding more stability and building healthy habits and routines of getting sh*t done.
Even if your option B is a little different, I think we can all agree option A is far from an option. 📸 @thomasdphotographs

Realized I couldn’t get into the apartment gym soo did a mini circuit in my apartment periodt.
You don’t need to just go to the gym to workout! You can do it in the comfort of your own home too. There’s plenty of things your body can do and be able to get a good sweat in 💥
Don’t use not having time to go to the gym as an EXCUSE to not workout and be healthy. Your body can move in plenty of ways for you to put in a 15 MINUTE circuit into your daily life. STOP BSing YOURSELF AND GET BUSY. 👏🏽 PS feel free to save these for your next workout‼️
